Things are looking bad for our GM. The only thing that could possibly save him is a low BAC. He said he only had a couple beers but when he lied about his occupation, that calls into question his entire statement.
In AZ, the amount doesn't really matter to the justice department, but it will to the NFL/MB. I voted over.

He lied about his occupation but also his whereabouts. Police report said he was at the ChopHouse prior to arrest and he had the Blanco Tacos. So what is it pizza or tacos. Hmmm, I’m hungry now!

After reading the police report I think it's going over. If it doesn't I'd say the cops are a couple of drama queens or Keim can't handle the easy stuff.

Cops lie a lot. Who knows what Steve’s lawyers will be able to do. But he had a DUI in 96 if what I’m reading is correct. I was already on the fence on this but I’ll be surprised a little if he’s not fired or given the choice to resign.

A drinker like SK..his driver prob wont be affected by less than a.08.Maybe but doubt it.He definitely a functional drunk.
I'm not reaching or what ever my cousin use to bartend at The Brick Yard in Chandler and he would frequent there. They serve strong drinks and cuz said he never saw him drunk even after a couple of old fashions or whiskeys.
I just hope it's like below a .08 since that is the legal limit and this all can go away lol.

Wouldn't have to be over? Can you get a DUI if it's under that limit?

Wouldn't have to be over? Can you get a DUI if it's under that limit? He didn’t participate in the field sobriety test. So he was placed under arrest at that point. I believe that the police did a blood test to confirm his blood alcohol level. Those results should be announced, and they may be his saving grace. He was in custody for 2-3 hours if they didn’t draw blood for the test until 2 hours after he was pulled over, he might get lucky. But if the test shows a .08 or above he will have problems.

I think that poll should have been OVER/UNDER twice the legal limit.

Over
He said he had "2 beers and a pizza".
He's 300 pounds. Meaning he probably had 6 beers and 4 pizzas.

After seeing those body cam videos I'm not so sure anymore. I'm not changing my vote either way because that would be against the over/under rules

its under or the pds would have released it along with the videos to save face. that cop was enough to video himself framing someone because they tried to outsmapt him then called in a fellow officer and threw them under the buss by forcing them to make the arrest based on his false claims. the cop really followed a drunk driver for an hour before pulling them over? he watched a "drunk" wander around in a parking lot without staggering? that was his probable cause? along with the car and curb keim almost hit that somehow the camera missed even better than keim did? if after that video the pd had nay "yeah but" to add in their defense they would have. all pd released was
"After reviewing the BWC footage, Mr. Keim stated that a person by the name of Sean McKenzie was their director of security and that he worked for the Arizona Cardinals. The officer will be completing a supplemental report to make that correction"
basically we are requiring the officer to admit he lied.
I heard the pd release keim 2-3 hours after his arrest, after the officer decided he was sober enough to drive home before seeing a judge. there is no allowance for that under law. his license would be auto suspended and he would be required to see a judge. he would not be allowed to drive home.

He didn't drive home. Someone picked him up and his truck should've been impounded by then.
