For those comparing Browning to Reddick’s transition, remember Reddick was an edge in college and the NFL tried (failed) to make him an off ball LB. A little different scenario.

Well like it or not he's a Card now. Get him here, get him reps, and get him up to snuff on the playbook, And Make sure he's healthy to go.

I was listening to Sirius/XM the other day & they had an Ex-GM I believe on. He made the comment "fans say why don't they trade for this guy or we could've had that guy for a 6th. He said, it's not that easy. Does the player fit their scheme, how is he in the locker room(does he mesh?), does he have the attitude we are looking for on the field, is he a team player or me,me,me, what's his contract look like?" Just for thoughts...

I don’t like giving up a 6th for a mediocre half year rental who has missed 3, 3, 7 and 4 games (so far) in his four yr career, and was buried on Denver’s depth chart. We wait and see DH: He brings us something we lack (due to the injuries), speed and agility off the Edge. Maybe he can play SAM too, in a Linebacker trio of three. |

I was listening to Sirius/XM the other day & they had an Ex-GM I believe on. He made the comment "fans say why don't they trade for this guy or we could've had that guy for a 6th. He said, it's not that easy. Does the player fit their scheme, how is he in the locker room(does he mesh?), does he have the attitude we are looking for on the field, is he a team player or me,me,me, what's his contract look like?" Just for thoughts... Don’t say things that make sense! If a Cards fan wants a player then they should have them. Things like scheme fit, if the player wants to be in Arizona, if he has good character, etc…. Just do not matter lol. |

Well ain’t that something. The old Baron…I remember well the discussions about him and Pete who played lights out for the Saints after being drafted there. There's a thought, wouldn't it be strange if Pete Warner came too! - A very different type of player indeed. |

They had a say in it devongent gets his rental for a 6th rd pick the original post was a page back I believe I don't care who gets the credit. I'm glad we traded for someone but I'm not sure he is going to help much because the last couple of years, he hasn't been able to stay on the field. I was actually hoping for a different Buckeye (Chase Young). All things considered, Baron is athletic and has really good upside - again, if he stays on the field. |

I sure hope Azeez or Chase Young don't go for a 6th as they would have been my preferred option. The press have said we enquired about Azeez, and also (separately) that the Giants wont be letting him go cheaply. I suspected this would be a stumbling block, the 'price wasn't right'. |

JG just on 98.7 and they like him because he is a 3-down LB who can pass rush, protect edge & drop into coverage ... that is what they were looking for and why it was Browning. A Denver radio sports guy says if healthy Browning is a good player and in fact he would have been a starter at Edge but while he was out - Nick Bonitto blew up and so there was no room for Baron.
