Im not arrogant. Nor am I this supremely moral person. However...in comparison to people who think damaging others property is no biggie, yeah I guess I am a superior, arrogant, pulpit pounder. Because thats regnant to me. Not sorry I was raised well. sometimes it`s not What you say(as i pretty much agree with you on this one)it`s just how you say it  I think most agreed with him but not his delivery. I am simply pointing out since this is no longer on the nfl site that his moral compass is warped  |

All charges dropped so this is a mute point now other than the fact that he was in the wrong place with the wrong people when it happened. Taking over for Crazy Canuck since I haven't seen him here yet......it's moot, not mute. lol LOL. Mute means silence. Moot means undecided. LOL so moot doesn't really apply here. Actually I thought it should be a moot point but looking at the definition it has been decided so that wouldn't apply. I think Mute fits appropriately. LOL. I stand corrected to the correction. |

Did anyone else catch the news that all charges against Christian Kirk have been DROPPED? That's great news for us as now we can move on the what really matters and that is winning some football games!!!
Our Saguaro High native son is INNOCENT and back in the friendly confines of the Valley of the Sun. I can't wait to see him on the field.

It might explain how gross disregard for others is no biggie to you. I've had the windshield of my car broken out and my radio stolen parked overnight in the city. That was going on all over the place back in the 80's. I admit that it felt like an assault when I came out and saw it. It pissed me off no end. However if the offending party made restitution, I wouldn't want him thrown in jail because of it. If a 205 pound athlete punched me in a bar I would want him in jail that day. We disagree. Property can be replaced, physical damage can last a lifetime. Stay out of trouble ZAZ we need you around here. Adios until the next time. |

If he just said" Im sorry, it was and wrong. Ill be a better person" then all of this would be a non-story. Crappy thing to do, but forgivable as long as the person is sorry. Kirk isnt sorry. Im bothered that after the charge dismissal he released a statement saying "Justice! Ive been proven innocent!". No dude. You paid the damages. And he made no mention of that. He paid the fine but he didnt take responsibility for the behavior. Youre a religious person from that tag. So you know who St. Dismas was. He was the thief crucified next to Jesus. Dismas repented before he died, and thats where we get the Christian notion of penance and forgiveness. Kirk is pretending he did no wrong. In terms of what do I want? Nothing. These are my feelings about the subject. I dont actually expect anything to happen now. |
