you know a good lawyer wouldn't be so to figth this crap for 0.05% of the populatin for haters like you who want to make a big deal out of this. any sane mind would just advise anyonbe, be it football players, movie stars or whatever public persona to simply move on from it. the only reason you care is to justify your hatred against Keim and this pick midddle of round two! I care because a drunk jerk was going around damaging peoples property...maybe thats no biggie to you. I guess Im just better. Paying for it admits guilt...meaning he could be on the NFLs radar. Declared innocent players are not penalized. So now down the road if he gets into more legal trouble, the league will see he already got into some mischief and now he no longer has the benefit of the doubt. Your pulpit pounding is just plain annoying and now your moral outrage has you making statements that just aren't true. The league can penalize anyone, regardless of the civil outcome, if they feel it falls into the scope of their "personal conduct policy". Get your facts straight.

Most anything in excess is abusive, annoying and unnecessary including your constant moral indignation. Forget about me trying to "step it up" just to meet whatever your skewed perception of an ideal citizen may be as I doubt any of us sinners could ever measure up to your saintly standards. In my experience, those that lean towards the extreme were probably at one point in their lives on the opposite end of the spectrum...the more vocal they are the more likely they were something much worse in the past. This is boring now. Nothing more to see here. Charges dropped, restitution paid, upper management cleared him prior to the draft, he's a Cardinal now and we just have to see if King Roger wants to do anything about this incident. I don't know Christian Kirk personally and have no clue what transpired at the Phoenix Open so I'm done trying to read between the lines and am content with seeing how things pan out moving forward.

profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/05/30/cardinals-christian-kirk-pays-restitution-gets-charges-dropped/Charges have been dropped after Kirk paid restitution. case close. Notable: He paid restitution. Innocent people dont need to pay for damages if they werent responsible for the damages. So yes, this story was true. Drunk kirk and his friends were throwing rocks and damaging cars at the WMO. I dont accept "being drunk" as being an excuse. Your drunk self reveals your character flaws. Im a happy drunk. Some are violent drunks. Kirk is a jerk drunk. Hopefully this was a wake up call. Innocent people pay fines in this country every day in court as do guilty people. You have no idea if he was drunk or what really happened. I don't either. In the fog of not knowing you could surmise a lot of things. In this country you're innocent until PROVEN guilty. Even if you're guilty there are degrees of criminal behavior. People, including Cops and security guards make mistakes all the time. People with the means to hire a good lawyer do better than people who don't. Go figure. He didn't make an excuse for being drunk. We don't even know if he was drunk. A cop saying he looked stoned is a characterization that isn't evidence and is totally irrelevant. All we know is there was restitution for property damage that satisfied the offending party and/or the court. You're not the offended party. What's your problem? If Christian Kirk can't keep his nose clean he will be off the team. If he can he will have a chance to be a really good player for the Cardinals. I hope he keeps his nose clean and is a great player for our team. The offended party and the Court are satisfied. I'm satisfied. What exactly is your problem? It's not like he beat his kids with a switch and plead down to a misdemeanor child abuse charge to stay out of jail.

Not throwing rocks at cars is a skewed, vague ideal that I have? Too much to ask? My "Model citizen" is unrealistic for you? Not damaging other peoples property qualifies you as a saint? I will appear high and mighty no matter where I am just because youre so damn low.

Post above qualifies someone who can resist damaging other peoples property as a saint. A saint? I disagree. I think its basic civil behavior. As I said. My "pulpit" is at sea level. Its reasonable. But if your code of conduct is in the dirt, then I will appear very superior in comparison to you. A person looks like a giant compared to an ant. Im not a giant. But some of you are ants.

All charges dropped so this is a mute point now other than the fact that he was in the wrong place with the wrong people when it happened.

Whats the worst case scenario for Kirk facing a penalty from the NFL? A fine? I guess we'll hear about it in the coming months. This is a non-issue unless he screws up again, which we'll definitely bring this back up if he does.

Really most here said if he was throwing rocks at other peoples cars is just wrong. I think most can agree with that but your moral compass lacks humility but does contain arrogance. People with humility gain respect and arrogance gets the opposite. Not trying to insult you in any way but I don't consider your moral compass superior to anyone else's if you think it is ok to be arrogant.

However...in comparison to people who think damaging others property is no biggie, yeah I guess I am a superior, arrogant, pulpit pounder. Because thats regnant to me. Not sorry I was raised well.

Remember when we had exchanges over you calling SK fat ? does that sound like humility or arrogance ? What is your reasoning to think that is moral ? I think calling a person fat is repugnant.
