idiot test. Its not what he did (although throwing rocks at cars is despicable), the problem is when. How dumb are you to go get plastered in public a month before the NFL draft? I would lock myself in a basement for 3 months if need be. What the heck is wrong with these morons? idiot test also includes taking a news story for what it is: a story, maybe true, maybe false, probably somewhere in between and not jumping to conclusions without knowing all the facts... Stop. I agree there is some "fake news" issues in the world, but this is not one of them. What did Kirk slip on a banana peel and the rare geode he was inspecting flew out of his hand and struck a car? Cops report: Clearly impaired Kirk and his friends were throwing rocks at cars. There is nothing to read into. Theres no reason to have a rock in your hand ever. If a rock struck a car, its because somebody threw a rock at a car. I dont care if it was Kirks friend, and not Kirk, that means Kirk has thug loser friends, and that reflects on Kirk. Its a lose, lose, lose situation. There is no "You dont know the facts". Dont defend these pieces of trash. All we can do is hope it was an extreme 1-off situation. We may not know the whole story, but there is no additional information that absolves Kirk. At its bottom line level, Kirk or somebody Kirk was with threw a rock and it hit a car. Stupidity at its bottom line.

This is interesting. I notice almost all the points are after the crime. The cop threw him down! And the white kid wasnt charged! And He was afraid of getting shot! And And And!So this lady is not concerned about what they did, shes complaining about how he was arrested? Take your pills Susan. None of that would have happened if you werent throwing rocks at cars. I dont like cops, generally. But Im not some conspiracy theorist who thinks they are the enemy. Heres the deal: theres 10,000,000 people at the WMO. 100% of them are drunk. Cops are not going to waste time fabricating a story in the middle of that mayhem. Theres plenty of actual crimes being committed, they dont need to invent one.

Well she does say there was no actual witness and that the accusations were false...
It amazes me that without knowing the full facts of the incident people are quick to throw him under the bus. So much for being innocent till proven guilty...

So much for being innocent till proven guilty... thank you. The cops who described him as stoned with no evidence never saw him throwing rocks. They took the word of the private security guard. Lets see what happens. I suspect this is going nowhere in court.

The fact that the arresting officer decided to give his opinion on him using coke is not a good reflection on the officer. Who asked his opinion and why is it made public? The incident doesn't smell right all the way around. There is nothing to indicate this young man not a 12 year old kid would have done something this before the draft. I'll wait to see if he is convicted or charges are dropped before buying the story. If the Officer thought he was "high" he should have h But I don't like the overall tone of this story and what he did. So far just a bunch of excuses from his camp. Remember the Cardinals choose to ignore the one small "incident" Floyd had in college. Also with Nkimuseless. They EMPHASIZED character before the draft and then draft a guy they knew throws rocks at cars while impaired one month before the biggest moment in his life. All this can indeed be forgotten if he learns from it. But I say one more incident and cut ties from him. Thanks for reminding me to block you again. Forgot the new forum doesn't have some of the filters I had working on the old one. I really don't understand why you are even here and now I won't care....

Regardless of what really happened, I'm sure Goodell has his eyes on the situation and that is never a good thing

Wasn't Elliot's incident before he got in the NFL and he still got suspended?

Wasn't Elliot's incident before he got in the NFL and he still got suspended? Actually, yes you are correct. Draft was April 28th, 2016 Feb. 12, 2016: Elliott’s accuser first calls the police

Regardless of what really happened, I'm sure Goodell has his eyes on the situation and that is never a good thing Very homerish of you. More concerned about that punishment than the crime. If all this is legitimate and Kirk and his friend were throwing rocks at cars, I hope he does get suspended. He needs to be taught early in his career that his conduct comes with consequences. These NFL idiots have been babied their entire lives. Why do you think they thought it was OK to throw rocks at cars? Because theyve never been disciplined a day in their lives. Im a man who was raised correctly before Im a cardinals fan. Suspend this moron.

Regardless of what really happened, I'm sure Goodell has his eyes on the situation and that is never a good thing There is no way Roger can do anything about it because when the incident happened he was not a member of the nfl. The union will win this one.
