Sunday, 11 October 2020: At the post-game presser (ARI defeated NYJ 30-10 for first ever victory over the Jets in NY), Kliff Kingsbury strongly suggested that DE Chandler Jones' bicep injury is likely a muscle tear and will cause him to go on IR. Wishing a speedy recovery to CJ. It is impossible to know if CJ will return in 2021, the last year of his contract. Spotrac contract info is here -- $5M cap hit if cut after the season -- which is not likely IMV ... he is still a young player. www.spotrac.com/nfl/arizona-cardinals/chandler-jones-9831/For 2021 waiving CJ saves $15M against the cap -- Chandler Jones Cap Situation
