To cardinalsins
Thanks for reporting this It should be a headlinethat you get credit for. Riley will have to go on the 53 man roster. Jalen Thompson may have a more serious injury than we thought. I really really like Thompson. So, I hope not here is the link nfldraftdiamondscom www.nfldraftdiamonds.com/2020/09/curtis-riley-3/

I'd put Simmons at SS, what I feel is his natural position and where he would have the most success. And not just a little, I think he would go onto superstar status. Do you think that's a likely outcome cardstj22? Considering that Reddick had major problem adapting to ILB (admittingly it was not his natural position) then I am thinking that at ILB it may be a difficult task transitioning from college to the NFL. - What we must avoid is shifting Simmons from one position to another and then back again. The Cards should have put him at SS from the beginning and not drafted him to be an ILB. But that's just my opinion. The rest of your question remains to be seen since they did what they did. I won't question them picking Simmons since Andrew Thomas was off the board. Whether Wills or Lamb are better picks remains to be seen, as is how ILB will shape up.

www.nfldraftdiamonds.com/2020/09/curtis-riley-3/"Riley is a very solid free safety who stands at 6000 tall and weighs 203 pounds. Riley is just 27 and has been a very solid player on special teams." How tall is that I mean the dude is a Giant or was a Giant but 6000 tall?

How tall is that I mean the dude is a Giant or was a Giant but 6000 tall? I think he meant Curtis Riley is 6000 milimeters tall. But, 6000 millimeters equals 236 inches (236/12=19'6") which is still very tall for a normal human. Kyler Murray is about 5'10", right? For a prototypical QB, that's also not normal. Math is fun.

Jonathan Ward elevated from practice squad. Bit of a strange one. Is there any issue with Drake or Edmonds?

Jonathan Ward elevated from practice squad. Bit of a strange one. Is there any issue with Drake or Edmonds? Drake and Edmonds are fine. I read another report that suggested Ward would not be activated / dress for today's game. So yes, this move is an odd one if he's not dressing.

Sunday, 11 October 2020: At the post-game presser (ARI defeated NYJ 30-10 for first ever victory over the Jets in NY), Kliff Kingsbury strongly suggested that DE Chandler Jones' bicep injury is likely a muscle tear and will cause him to go on IR. Wishing a speedy recovery to CJ. It is impossible to know if CJ will return in 2021, the last year of his contract. Spotrac contract info is here -- $5M cap hit if cut after the season -- which is not likely IMV ... he is still a young player. www.spotrac.com/nfl/arizona-cardinals/chandler-jones-9831/

DJ Foster back on practice squad and safety TJ Ward released.
You cant bring a guy in who has not played in 3 years and expect something out of him.
