I'm not rushing to say let's draft a high QB next year, but I am looking at some guys that might go later. Someone like maybe McNamara from Iowa, who transferred from Michigan. Iowa runs a pro style offense. One of the few college teams to do so. I feel like he could be low risk-high reward competition for Murray. With question marks hanging over Tune and Ridder, then it is highly likely (and sensible) that the Cardinals will be out shopping for another Quarterback come next April. - Expending a middle round pick on such a player I would support.

Many a GM with a good #1 QB believes in selecting a QB in the Draft's middle rounds at least every other year. Refilling the #2, and PS #3 QB, spot only ensures a team that a development project is in the queue, not that the next Tom Brady is lurking on the team's Practice Squad. Ridder is more experienced than Tune. Tune has a higher ceiling than Ridder. Neither backup will be a QB #1 on any team. That's my 2 cents.

You can never tell which Quarterback will succeed in the NFL; hence setting up a conveyor belt of likely prospects is a good idea and probably the best option. A team only needs to get it right once and it then can be set-up for years to come.

I am at Green Bay and Kyler sucks. I’m sorry. Great college kid but he is afraid to stay in the pocket, scatters all over the place. I’m done with him!

The thread question is a tough one to answer. Due to fan interest in Murray's future, the thread earned a poll beginning 13 Oct. The poll runs through 31 Dec.

Been preaching that approach for a long time, but nobody listens. You might think the Cardinals' staff never reads and heeds our forum's advice ...

I personally haven't concluded that he's done but I am now seriously questioning it. Especially when I see how guys like CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniels, and now Caleb Williams and even Justin Fields are giving such an account of themselves. I wish MO had brought in a proven quality veteran QB as insurance like what the Steelers have. I said it when Baker was available, and I said it when Tyrod Taylor was available......and to my dismay it was Ridder instead after letting Dobbs go.

I will vote on the poll on December 30th.... I feel the same. Again, today his stats were not that bad. 22-32 214 yards 1 TD and no interceptions. I completely agree, stats don't show the whole story, but they are an indicator. Think back to some of our not so good QB's. Not only did our eyes show us they were bad, but their stats showed it too. We need to be fair. How much of our losing is on KM. Seems to me there is plenty of blame to go all around for our losses. Hell, even the refs haven't been kind to us. Think back to our Superbowl year with Kurt Warner. We lost several games late in the year when we should not have lost and dam near didn't make the play offs....was that all on Kurt. It takes a team to win, and it takes a team to lose. The point is I want to see more. For now, I will support him even defend him, but the leash is short.

Where and when do the QB Kyler Murray-led TEAM WINS begin to pile up?
I think that's a fair question. The quarterback is the team leader, so I want him to answer it.
Bidwill, Ossenfort, and Gannon are working on the TEAM WINS framework solution. They don't play the game.

The most important team stat was points scored. 13 points does not cut it in the League. 13 points rarely earns a Win.

Green Bay’s Oline created a picket to throw in for days and holes for their RBs. Give Kyler an Oline that creates a true pocket and give the defense a true Dline with ProBowl stars in the trenches. Been saying it forever.

From my recollection it was our D specifically the secondary late in the season that almost stopped us from getting into the playoffs. Lest not forget Warner shock the world speech where most were playing above their pay grade. KM is unfortunately not that guy. To me adversity is his kryptonite
