Cant see past the line and he cant lead this team . No leadership skills sitting on the sidelines staring into space. I get so angry when I hear people on the radio sugarcoat the truth and say it's a team effort loss. We have awesome players and coaching skills . What we don't have is a leader . PERIOD ! Murray has to go .

it's frustrating...I get it...I'm not sure if K1 is gonna lead us to the Promised Land, but also feel there are about 30 teams' fans who bitch and complain about their QB and want a new one...(I'm guessing Buffalo and Washington and maybe KC are the exception, although Mahomes is having an avg year, but he's done quite well, especially late in game)ha...it's easy to blame K1 today, 2 picks that led to 14 pts., but he is not the main reason we probably won't make the playoffs...anyways, who would you choose (the ones that want him to go) to lead our team? (list as many as you want...ha) I'll go first, although I'm not done with him...Josh Allen: strong arm, smart, can run, big, etc....

Yeah, I remember all their generational talk. Generational guys are once a decade sort of guys, or at least every 5-6 years. The kid is going to improve, but the bromances on that kid were ridiculous. What's frustrating to me is route running was supposed to be a forte of his in college. That should not be why he's underperforming. IMO, the issue is between him and Murray and I have no idea which is at fault. Does MHJ really not understand route tree stuff given his dad was a hall of fame WR? It's just hard to imagine that. Or is the problem they don't see the same thing on stuff like option routes. Murray has field vision issues so maybe he's missing certain things the WR is seeing . On a more positive note, I'm just happy Murray has finally started utilizing a TE. IF he'd have done that when DHOP was here and spotted Ertz when latter was wide open, we'd have done a heck of a lot better.
How do you know he is underperforming? I don't see it that way. Who does MHJ have to take pressure off him. Marvin Harrison played with Peyton Manning, Edgerrin James, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark (TE) and Brandon Stokley. When you play with a supporting cast like that, it's easier to get open. And this doesn't include their offensive line which was far better and had guys like Jeff Saturday starting at center. Plays were allowed to develop and receivers could run their full routes.
What supporting cast does MHJ have? He has no other quality receiver to take pressure off him aside from their TE. They don't have a consistent running game. Their offensive line is still weak and can't provide the type of protection for receivers to run their full routes.
I think MHJ is a generational talent and I think he has definitely showed signs of that. He is the last guy I would criticize. If you put him on a better team, he would probably make the Pro Bowl.
I think the Cardinals should get another quality wide receiver and you will see MHJ shine. Draft one in the second or third round
MHJ has McBride, Wilson, Dortch & to some degree Higgins & Reiman

Those interceptions today were horrendous. Especially the one into triple coverage. How do u not see that LB??? #1 threw 2 INTs that cost 14 points. Horrendous is one way to describe the acts. Another way: abhorrent appalling atrocious awful dire disastrous dreadful extreme frightful ghastly gruesome harrowing hideous horrible horrid weak beastly dangerous disturbing dreaded fearful hateful and horrifying! Video game QBs see everything and never throw INTs. He did see the LB on that play. He just ignored the LB, and poof, gone, like in the video game.

12/9/2024
I had faith in Murray since 2019. I trusted him again in 2024. I wanted him to succeed on Sunday, 12/8/2024. He continues to disappoint me because he cannot win key games. I have lost all confidence in Murray to lead the Cardinals team in 2025.
I changed my vote for the 3rd time this morning. I'm done with Murray:
Yes, he's done. He will be traded after the 2024 season.

How many QB Heisman Trophy winners have won a SB? I don't think the odds are good... Only 10 Heisman winners have won a Super Bowl. The list of Heisman winners who have won a Super Bowl or played on a Super Bowl team includes: Paul Hornung – Notre Dame Heisman Year: 1966 Mike Garrett – USC Heisman Year: 1965 Billy Cannon – LSU Heisman Year: 1959 John Huarte – Notre Dame Heisman Year: 1964 Roger Staubach – Navy Heisman Year: 1963 Tony Dorsett – Pittsburgh Heisman Year: 1976 Jim Plunkett – Stanford Heisman Year: 1970 Several Heisman winners lost in Super Bowl appearances. Archie Griffin won the Heisman 2 times, and he played in the 1982 Super Bowl (1 carry 4 yards, 1 fumble). His Bengals team lost. By the time Griffin was 30 yo, he also was bankrupt.

I’m going to say this and most fans will hate me (I can’t believe I’m saying it…) trade KM straight up for Dak Prescott. Let Kyler go back to Dallas and let’s try to salvage Dak. It’s worth a try! Could be a win win for both teams.

The two contracts are similar...here is Dak's: www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/19089/dak-prescott

Archie Manning is already pushing to send his grandson to Dallas. I'm sure Jerry wouldn't mind Kyler being the placeholder, but they wouldn't pay much if they know Manning will hold out for Dallas.

The two contracts are similar...here is Dak's: That contract would be horrendous for us to take on; next year he's on close to $90,000,000 and that accounts for nearly a third of the overall team cap space. In subsequent years he is on significantly more than Murray and there is no out available until after the 2027 season (even then there's a Dead Cap of $34,000,000) by which time the guy will be aged 34. I wouldn't touch with a barge pole (is the saying we use over here). - Leave him in Dallas, he's their problem.

I wouldn't touch with a barge pole (is the saying we use over here). - Leave him in Dallas, he's their problem. I don't think anyone really wants Dak, we were just kicking around the idea of a swap as worst case scenario. I still think we just find ourselves some sort of Vet that can replace Murray, or at a bare minimum challenge him. I'd suggest a mentoring role but Murray doesn't strike me as the type that wants to learn from someone else. I think our only chance out of this situation is to bench Murray if he has another awful game. And tell him that he's going to have to compete for his job next year. Go bring in mustache guy from Wash St, Zach Wilson, Chad Kelly.... I don't care. Someone who isn't crazy expensive who has enough talent to at least push Murray even if they don't have much of a shot of displacing him. The problem with not trading him is this. He's good enough to win in the regular season. And he will win enough games to make sure you don't get a top-5 pick. We could draft a QB this year, and just let the kid sit behind Murray for a year so the kid isn't rushed, but this isn't a great QB year. And Murray is good 'enough' that he could still net trade value from the most QB needy teams. Especially someone like Miami where Tua could end up gone after one more hit. Miami also has the sort of talent that would make it easier for Murray to play streetball, so they might actually pay more up front. I wouldn't want deferred picks from them because Murray would definitely rack up more yards there. 2026 is going to be the next solid QB crop and teams will jockey for Manning. I'm not actually sold on the kid yet. He's got serious dual threat skills but he hasn't really show too much pocket presence yet because Texas has mostly just used him as a change of pace threat to scramble. But anyone who wants the kid will likely need to tank. Honestly, I think our best hope is going to be trading back into the late first this next year and using our second pick on a QB. We might get the best value there since we likely have zero shot at someone like Manning the following year. Or on the off chance the LT from Texas is there, I take him, slide Paris to RT, then move our current RT to guard. If we did that we'd likely have a top-5 OL by 2026.
