Have you all noticed that since he's been back he's almost been completely non-existent? When he was on the Radio Show Monday, media outlets would lead with his comments about the weekend's past game, player analysis and where he expected team improvement. Now with his Radio appearance delayed till Friday, I rarely see any media outlets referring to anything he says regarding the team, it's play or player analysis...at all....I'm wondering if it's all part of a phase out in the works? Haven't seen too many "buddy-buddy" TV shots of him and MB in the team suite or on the field either.

Probably to a certain extent, yes, but I think the DUI probably made it happen. Move him off the front page and park his show on Fridays when everyone's moved on to the game on Sunday. That said, his show was useless on Monday, so it's useless on Friday. I think it's to have a high profile GM in the first place.

I found it so laughable at the time. Everyone pulls over drunk says "I've had a couple of beers" . It's knowledge we are born with. |

1.I am tired of rentals for one year.
2.I am tired of the busts in the first round.
3.I am tired of the small school talent trying to compete with blue chippers.
4.I am tired of small undersized players.
5.The linebacker corps not enough talent.
6.Oline SK has tried several things and still a failure in that area.
7. Why didn't he address the Wr corp before your hall of famer retire's maybe a little sooner then Kirk ?
I want a GM that builds something and tries to keep it together or replenish what you are gonna lose. Yeah he has done some good things but not enough to justify him to continue on as the GM. I hope MB is actively looking for his replacement as well as this coaching staff. I think we need to clear out a lot of these players and draft better and bring guy's not on one year deal's and let them walk and no more over the hill players we need studs not duds. Sorry I have been just little bit mad with SK and on down.

Give that man a ci-gar. I agree with everything he said about SK. All except bringing in the one year prove it guys. Every team does that. Some you hit on for 1 year some you don't. What get me is SK's drafting. He hasn't done a very good job in that regard. Humph, Riddick, D Buck, Niche are nothing special. Those are all 1st round choices. Easiest and fastest way for a team to go in the tank is keep missing on your first and second round picks. |

Easiest and fastest way for a team to go in the tank is keep missing on your first and second round picks. The one year prove it guys, if they prove it he let's them walk. Also it seems sometimes it's guys over the hill we need guys with the chance on upside not one foot in retirement. |

IMV, a lo-viz SK is all about managing the org's public image. The org doesn't want to embarrass itself further with GM behavior Q&A in the open, especially by a win-less GM.

Yes i do remember because i was one of them to a degree...i always give my Guys the benefit of the doubt until they give me reason not to .....which he did as soon as the BAC came out ...at which time my Loyalty to the "team guy" took a 180 and plunged into the abyss of a big fat thick crusted albacore and pineapple pizza ..extra cheese |
