idiot test. Its not what he did (although throwing rocks at cars is despicable), the problem is when.
How dumb are you to go get plastered in public a month before the NFL draft?
I would lock myself in a basement for 3 months if need be. What the heck is wrong with these morons?

I heard he and his friends were found throwing rocks at A CAR...in the parking lot....not at cars passing by. It may not seem like a big difference, but it is. Throwing rocks at passing random cars is cruel and could hurt someone badly. Throwing rocks at one particular car is , but there could be more to the story...my guess is they knew the person (or thought they did) and thought it would be funny. Maybe Kirk thought he was throwing rocks at a friends car, knowing he was about to be able to buy him a new one?
I have no idea...but that Phoenix Open is nothing but trouble!!! 98% of the people leaving it are drunk...so that part of the story doesn't surprise me.
What matters to me is...what is the story behind this. It's no matter what...but there is a story where Kirk is an entitled Scottsdale ***** that doesn't care about damaging strangers property or hurting someone....and there is a story where he and his drunk friends were messing around and not using the best judgement. I want to know which one before I pass too much judgement.

This is the part that bothers me the most. Like you say it is a cut and dry situation. I would assume if they suspected he was on cocaine they would have drug and alcohol tested him and we (and the Cardinals) would know the result of that.

Throwing rocks at cars is really to do especially if you are of drinking age.. I'd expect that from a teenager but a adult over 21?? Anyways hopefully he doesnt do anything again.

Not sure it matters that much if the cars were moving or stationary. Puzzling statement among others that you are making. sounds like an entitled Scottsdale punk to me.

When I was a teenager I threw snowballs at a passing car. When I was 21 I was in college studying for my major. To throw rocks at a car(s) at that age is asinine and speaks to the character of a guy about to be drafted and possibly make millions. Sounds like someone has rocks for brains.

Like I said, I want to know the story....there are lots of puzzling statements....including many of the idiotic ones made in your post. Of course they had something to arrest him on. He was drunk in public and throwing rocks at at least one car, maybe many. The cops aren't going to listen to a drunk person say "It's ok it's my friend's car" even if that is the case. They will arrest him and sort it out later. So now that its later...I want to hear the true story. 1. There is a HUGE difference between throwing rocks at parked cars in a parking lot with no one in them, and throwing rocks at cars that are full of people and are moving. One of those things could potentially cause a wreck and kill someone, one of them could not. See if you can figure out which one. 2. I said I guessed that they might know the person because if they were throwing rocks at one parked car in particular, which is the story I read....then I would find it very odd that they were throwing rocks at some random car repeatedly. What would make them pick this car? Think it through, even if they were drunk...why would you pick one random car out of an entire parking lot and throw rocks at it repeatedly...unless you knew who's car it was. Either way the kid has already shown extremely poor judgement. My hope is that he just shuts up and plays. He was a star athlete in HS (in Scottsdale none the less) back in his hometown. It has potential disaster written all over it if he thinks he is god's gift and gets to walk around old town big timing everyone.

Ok Im out! When the first point in this twitter post is to try and play the race card, and claim that Kirk was "in fear" of being shot by the police....it shows me he is guilty. Kirk has been treated like a god since he was 16 years old in Scottsdale. There is ZERO reason to think he was picked on because of race or had any legitimate fear of the cops. That is an excuse, plain and simple...and is trying to avoid owning up to his own idiotic actions. By trying to change the story into some kind of "Poor Black Kid vs. The Cops" motive, it shows that he is not willing to hold himself accountable for his idiotic actions. Of course he hired a defense attorney! He is a millionaire, and he knows his bogus "assaulted by the cops" story won't hold water when the details are actually brought forth. He was drunk, he was disorderly, and he was arrested while vandalizing someone elses property. I have no idea if he was on cocaine or not, but I also highly doubt he was Mr. Compliant with the cops. If the "accusations" weren't true, he would not have been arrested. If there was no witness, he would not have been arrested. If he weren't drunk, he most likely wouldn't have been arrested. Hey Christian. GET NEW FRIENDS. Instead of helping to keep you out of trouble, these people are posting on social media, creating a false story where you are the victim. If you really think you are in danger of being shot by the cops, and that you need a body guard with you....then reevaluate your life choices. I hope you are going to pay that bodyguard to lock you in your own house every night so you avoid going out and making an idiot of yourself. These same friends that are "standing up for you" now, are the ones that will be asking you to pay their rent once the paychecks start coming in. The last thing we need on this team is a punk who gets in trouble and then wants to become AZ's newest professional victim. Shut up and play or good riddance.

I'm right there with you, the race card has been overplayed so much for so long it has the opposite effect of that which intended. And I think that's the case for many more people than is evident, lots of people are simply terrified of being labeled xenophobe they play along with the theater of the race hustlers. And for anyone saying "hey, he was just being a kid!" I'd ask you to think about how you'd feel after getting back to your car after watching a golf tournament and finding a broken window. I would be mighty pissed. I get mighty pissed when people explain away property crime, it's nonsense. So now we have a {likely} criminal in the house, let's see if one or more coaches / players can get to him and get his head screwed on nice and tight. There's another guy on the squad who did some "dumb kid stuff" before he hit the NFL. His name is Nkemdiche.
