Darnold looks very good.
Man, all the QBs are following the script perfectly. So what does that mean for Rosen? He'll probably get injured. Because that was a big issue with him. No jinx

Baker and Darnold looked outstanding. Time to put up. Truth be told, I never wanted Rosen. I was huge Baker fan. 2nd pick would be Darnold. Both of them were just special QBs to me. And they are proving it now. But we selected Rosen, so im supporting him as a Cards fan should. But he never should have made that comment. Rosen is in fact not as good as Baker or Darnold. So its going to be interesting if he flops Saturday |

I watched a bit of last nights game. Darnold looked pretty good. At least, while I was watching. The guy has a cannon and he did welll reading the defense.. quick release. I was impressed..

I just watched highlights of his game and those throws he made looked pretty good. 13-18 for 96 yards and a touchdown not bad for first preseason game. |

This QB class looks to be pretty good. I expect Rosen to be on par with the 3 QBs picked ahead of him. Even Lauletta (sp?) looked decent as did Benkert.

Cardinals apparently had a deal with the Broncos to take Allen and it fell through. All I know is Darnold will be a bust because he's from USC. Proof for either one? I heard the first one on 98.7 (pure speculation for sure) Second one involves my PTSD involving USC overrated BUMS. (Sanchez, Booty, Leinart, Barkley, Maronavich) Sorry no proof. Just speculating on a fan forum. Now go chase some kids off the lawn. |

And doing poorly in your first preseason game means little as a first year QB. |

Imagine thinking preseason means proving anything in terms of being able to play at the NFL level.
11 of 12 passes for 113 yards and one touchdown. Anybody wanna guess which Hall of Famer put up this stat line in his 1st preseason start?
