I love Adub as a player and his passion for the Cardinals but results matter most. He was involved in hiring Kingsbury and he was doing the scouting as well. Abraham Lincoln would survive the scrutiny of sports fans. (LOL) I love ole Abe…not for what he is known for, but all the failures he endured and kept on banging his head against the wall and never gave up.
Much like a rookie player everyone needs experience. I can’t pass judgement on AW as GM because he has no track record. Good things the Brown’s gave Belichick a HC opportunity or he would have been stuck an assistant.
Funny how AW was given credit on the unpopular hiring of Kliff so SK wouldn’t take the hit as the actual GM who hired him. Keep throwing people under the bus…odds are in favor of them failing It is all up in the air at this point.
Personally I think there are advantages in less dramatic changes if a Sean Peyton isn’t the option for Bidwell.
Don’t take my smart alec remarks personally being a Jackwagon comes naturally to me. I would say keep an open mind.
If you predict a poor outcome with the Cardinals they will make you look wise in those predictions.

UGH -- Cards need a change in culture and you can't do that when hiring from within. I have come to this conclusion especially after seeing the VJ extension news.
If the K2, SK & VJ contracts were all guaranteed with no conditional language (i.e. must make playoffs in 2022 to trigger new contract), then MB is going to go on the cheap and I wouldn't be surprised if VJ is HC and A. Wilson is the new GM.
If however there are conditions or triggers in these contracts and MB can get out of them with either no cash or something akin to a severance package, then SP - Fangio - Ireland will be the new HC-DC-GM, respectively.

I feel like the Cards need to hire a different GM. Hopefully, Sean Payton and a GM of his choice and their scout team are the choice. I say it'll be worth it if they could pull off the right trade with the Saints. The problem is having to trade a high pick and which year. This year being the most costly because of the ability of the Cards to trade that pick and fix some real issues.

What if owner Mike Bidwill assessed that the 2022 season was a very long string of bad luck. Then, on January 9th he assessed the Draft #4 pick is a sign that team luck has changed. Then, he decides to keep the current GM, HC, and QB on the payroll to fight and win together for a 5th season?
Bidwill is silent. Keim is on medical leave. Kingsbury is finishing the 2022 season and will soon disappear on vacation. Murray is on IR.
Who is managing the asylum? AD and KK? And the latter might be gone in a few days.

I love ADub, lets keep him as assistant GM so he can learn to do the job right from the guy we bring in.
That guy should be experienced and from a winning team/culture.

I completely disagree. PLEASE hire an outside source to get a new perspective on how to fix what is the WORST ORGANIZATION IN THE NFL!

Adub was a hard hitting safety. My guess is he took quite a few shots to his head, including concussions that may have gone unreported. Maybe it's just me, but out of all the positions I don't want becoming my GM, is a SS or LB.
