The only question I could answer without looking it up is.... "Who is Dr Doom?"That would be LB John Barefield. I don't remember him well, but I do remember that nickname. T.C. You are right! congrats Dr, Doom didn't last long on the kickoff vs the Rams in that playoff game they broke his jaw. He never said much again and was done 2nd rd pick out of Texas A&M "He never said much again...." That's a hoot! |

Falcons up 7-0 on the Niners after the first drive of the game. No Bosa. No Armstead or Kinlaw either. They are pretty dependent on having a dominant defense.

Go Falcons! Early in the season, but a potentially big day for our Cardinals and the NFC West. I’m assuming Rams beat Carolina, so a 49ers loss would mean our game is a fight for being tied for first in the NFC West vs a hard to crawl out of 2-4 start with two division losses. This really is a big game for us to get a win in before getting DHop back. A win or loss could determine if Keim makes a move on a big trade as well.

ATL stopped Niners first drive to start third quarter. Ran ball down field on Niners defense then short pass to Pitts for a 28-14 lead. ATL is Ninering SF.
