3rd and 2. Somehow it made sense to run a stretch play without DJ to the weak side...lose yards. Then on 4th and 5, trips right, a slant by Fitz, a steak, and a deep out route. calls. Just plain dumb.
Wilks needs to be a head coach and fire Mike McCoy now.
Why DJ wasn't given the ball on 3rd down is just dumb.

I'm on board with this and I'm usually a let it play out type of guy. That's a fireable offense and absolutely no excuse for it

Mike McCoy is a horrible coach at any capacity including girls badminton. |

I couldn't believe they didn't have DJ on the field on that 3rd down play. No doubt! Give him a big contract to be the workhorse and don5 have him in that situation. |

I told my friends at 3pm(before the 3rd and 2 debacle) that I wanted McCoy fired. He's a god awful OC.
I understand giving David Johnson a breather, but I'm talking like 2-4 plays. Not entire drives when you're up 14-0 or having him on the bench for key runs.

Not entire drives when you're up 14-0 or having him on the bench for key runs. I'm not sure why he needed a breather. The D was on the field the entire 2nd half and most of the first half. We ran about 45 plays and had the ball 23.39 for the entire game. |

No way Chase Edmunds should be in on a potential game winning drive on Rosen's first snaps unless DJ is bleeding out on the sidelines. |
