The Cardinals solved the Center problem with FA Center Hudson. So, my first selection is changed, from Jalen Mayfield, C Michigan, to Caleb Farley, CB Virginia Tech. Farley is an excellent CB.
The Cardinals are exposed at the RB position with Drake leaving. No one on the current roster can replace Drake. So, Najee Harris, RB Alabama, is pulled forward and is now my second selection.
These two selections fill critical needs on the Cardinals roster after the FA has run its course this past weekend. The Draft is a bit more than a month away. Keim has to "hit on every pick."

Mayfield took a hit in his draft stock running a 5.38 40. Wasn’t viewed as athletic as one would want on edge, still projects out as a possible RT. He may still be a late day one or day two pick.

Farley has a back issue bleacherreport.com/articles/2937611-caleb-farley-to-have-surgery-on-back-injury-wont-work-out-at-nfl-draft-pro-dayThanks for the reminder about Caleb. His story is at the link. I am confident that Caleb will be okay after the procedure at the Mayo Clinic. I also injured my back twice. I had the same disc procedure done two times at low-back spine locations in 1998 and 2021 in order to cut away a bulging disc and relieve severe right leg sciatica pain. I am 100% free of pain now and can do anything I want to do. The first injury was caused when I was running and stepped in a hole in the baseball outfield during a game and torqued my back. The second injury was caused when I was cutting down an oak tree with a heavy saw and again torqued my back. Active people get disc injuries all the time. Modern-day disc surgery techniques are reliable. I personally know my neuro-surgeon. He's a good doc.
