I wonder what a team fix looks like. This team will not be competitive this year. Let the coaches concentrate on the future.
What are the position groups the COACHES have young players to coach up, looking toward the future?
1. QBOF Rosen
.
2. OL some young talented players already on the team.
3. DL need to concentrate on the young guys.
4. RB this is a strength, and we have a rookie that has lots of talent
The rest of the team is a big question, as far as young players and coaching them up. WR, LB, DB rooms are all weak.
FO is still healing, looking for SK to step up and lead.
Coaches Need to concentrate on the younger players. OC is bad.. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Something needs to change..
In summary, this is a year to rebuild. Protect our stars, we will need them healthy and strong in 2020. COACH THEM UP!!

I use the colorful language. That a sign of my maturity...LOL! Here's another vote for old fart colorful language. umm one he was being sarcastic, making fun of me. if you notice he liked the post and already, let me look it up I cant remember... "Please contribute often, but w/o the cursing. No one wants to see that type language here and I know you can still make your points." and I got 20 ban/warning points or what ever you guys call them. i'm guessing 100 = ban. you mods should have a meeting and get everybody on the same page. I for one am not against you winning on this. but when the rules change from mod to mod it makes it hard. i'm slightly autistic so it may be harder for me than most. |

In noted another thread that mentions the EU betting on PIT's Brown joining CLE or ARI. Brown's attitude is insane. He's in a great spot at PIT but feels disrespected by the HC. He cannot go anywhere but back to work for Tomlin or stay home. I offer a better WR idea that is doable right now:
Reach out to 29-yo Dez Bryant and his funky agent. Bryant was cut by Dallas last April. Bryant definitely misses the game. Dallas is covering Bryant's $8M contract cost for 2018. Bryant does not want a long-term contract with any team. He already turned down a multi-year deal with the Ravens at $5M annual base. I think Bryant will accept a 1-year prove it deal with ARI (prorated for a 14 game season) for well under $5M and he will fit right in with the other Desperados...Keim, Wilks, and McCoy.
Bryant was productive in 2017: I recall something like 12 TDs and 1200 yds, and he is extremely effective in the Red Zone.
I know there is Bryant baggage. So what. ARI needs someone to catch Bradford's passes right now. Bryant's price is right. Get to work Keim.

Sir, I'm 67, retired F-14 fighter dude (US Navy), and still fearless in life. I don't make fun of anyone on this planet. Never did that either in uniform or now (as an old fart! LOL!). Such behavior would be a violation of my code of ethics. I also easily tolerate other's opinions of me. Again, keep posting, please. |
