The question posed by the OP has an answer. From the Cards' website:
"Coach Steve Wilks did not lay out specifics, but he plans to give Rosen a significant chunk of action on Saturday. Sam Bradford is the Cardinals’ starter and Rosen is unlikely to unseat him this preseason, but eventually he will get a shot, and every ounce of experience is valuable.
"Wilks doesn’t believe the prominent stage will affect his young signal-caller. Rosen is only 21 but he started three years at UCLA, including as a true freshman."
“He’s been playing this game for a long time,” Wilks said. “He’s just got to get in there and relax and do the things he’s been coached to do. I think he’ll be fine.”
So, we should see Rosen in action tomorrow - even if it is a preseason game, and even if it may not be as starter . . .

I wont bother to go back and edit. You deserve a star for being right.
Correction: I will edit to add that it won't be Eisenhower, but more likely Truman for stopping MacArthur...

Alright my red feathered brethren!
Everyone excited to see Rosen and the gang this Saturday evening? (forget to add a question mark earlier) Word is he will be getting 25-30 snaps so we'll be getting a healthy dose of Rosen. Expect a nice flashy appearance from Dj as well.
AHhhh let it begin.

I know Rosen isn't currently ready and nobody wants to ruin him. But there's this felling that if he isn't ready this season he'll never be ready. I don't think that is true necessarily but the fact remains, if Bradford is your quarterback, you better be ready if you're next man up. How do you know he won't be ready by game 1? One will never know until we see him progress tonight vs. Chargers, pre-season gm. 1 and throughout TC, practice in Tempe before the reg. season. Those two weeks they go back down to Tempe will be very important in Rosen learning his reads, different looks, coverages, blitzes he could see. He's double clutching a lot which will have to stop for him to gain confidence. There's a chance he plays way before he's comfortable playing and he'll have to grow up, figure it out real quick.
