This move seems like a concern about Golden possibly starting the season on the PUP. They're just protecting themselves.

I was rooting for Capi last year as well, but knew he could be odd man out. Let’s keep in mind two other teams have cut him since the Cards cut him last preseason. That is two other regimes that were willing to let him go as well. I have to admit that is puzzling, but until I hear a valid reason why.....I'm gonna root for him. No reason not to root for him. Anyone on the 90 man roster I want to have success. Some on here act like it was such a huge mistake to let him go, just putting things into realistic perspective here. |

I think it will take him the 1st 2 PS games just to get acclimated to the new system here under DC Holcomb. I lean towards your estimation as well. |

Capi had a great performance tonight. 3 sacks and a forced fumble and it’s not over yet.

If he doesnt make the squad, somebody should burn a sack of dog crap on the Cards HQ doorstep. Dont ever say "the best 53 will make the roster".

Lets see if he climbs the depth chart over the next 2 weeks. While he played against LAC's backups his play stood out.
Now about that back up Center Munyer…………...

Its no secrete I'm a fan of Cap Capi. I don't know what this guy has to do, but with quality pass rushers being at such a premium we need this guy. Two years in a row, he has showed he can do this.
