#1 most IMPORTANT observation is - "Running less plays, going through their third install in all three facets."
Cardinal fans: For 3 yrs, I complained vociferously about the 200 plays that were in BA's offense (yet the running game was so simple I could tell from the stands when a running play was coming by formation) as being too complex causing WR's to run wrong routes and for confusion with the offensive line. So this observation from Jurecki and the fact DJ Humphries states McCoy has greatly simplified the blocking schemes for OL is sweet, sweet music to my ears. The above is why rookie offensive lineman failed and why Palmer led the NFL in getting hit.
P.S. Love the fact Wilkes is going to have padded practices Thursday, Friday AND Saturday. Yes -- the Red & White scrimmage will feature a padded practice with hitting ... gotta love it !!!

I saw Jureckis comments. He echoed my own observation that they work ST's alot. I agree that a simpler playbook is better. Simpler everything is better.
My #1 issue with a lot of plays was always:
- they run a complex play in practice. Screw it up.....and then move on to the next play??? Whatever happened to practicing something until you get it right? You do it once, fail, then run the play on sunday? That always blew my mind

Does anyone know if Jurecki has been hired since being fired from 98.7 . I liked him. couldnt stand B-Train. You have to speak English to be on the radio and your cute little saying only go so far. "I'm too blessed to be stressed". Yea.

MANY successful coaches have always stressed to run fewer plays to 100% perfection at every position and if it is a well designed play against a particular defense = success (e.g. Belechik has his players run the "rub" (i.e. pick) routes to perfection and players that don't do it his way get pushed out of town like B. Cooks).
What I am hearing is McCoy is asking the players what plays are their favorites and tweaking it (if necessary) to fit the OL's strength to block a particular type of play.

"I'm too blessed to be stressed". Yea. Back when he hosted the big red rage, I thought he was probably the most well spoken Cardinal besides Fitz. He would sometimes comment that he'd love to do radio work, a wish that was eventually granted. When they were advertising his show a few years back, I was pretty excited. Then I listened to the show. He did not know how to direct the show on his own whatsoever. I get that he was knew to job, so I gave him a little slack... but DANG! It wasn't the b-train show, it was the station manager show! So I stopped listening for a few years. When I came back years later, he was a little better, but was not even close to par with the other shows. Then I heard Jurecki was coming in to co-host it. I thought that it would improve the show because there would be a co-host to help the direction of the conversation. It helped a little bit, but it was still the worst show on 98.7. Even The Herd was better on that time slot... It should have been B-Train getting fired, not Jurecki.

That boy looks pretty frail and sick.

Jurecki balanced out the loud mouthed Bickley. Jurecki has very good analysis , just needs to work on his presentation a little. then he disappeared and came back with B-Train. That was simply a bad combination.
B-Train is an example of why ex athletes make crap radio/tv guys (of course exceptions like Tony Romo). You get them to give you some insight into the game and players. But B-train was about as bad as they came. No insight , just your regular stock answers that the public relations dept. of the Cardinals would give you. And he butchered the English language so badly.
