A fair question is when is our next win coming? Tampa was one of the games we were supposed to win. If we finish the season with 3 wins, that's the same number of wins as last year. Yes, we are improved but we should have improved more.
Remember the 49ers fired their GM Trent Baalke and he at least took them to the Superbowl as well as an NFC championship game. Baalke had to be fired as he pushed out Harbaugh and made poor decisions. The 49ers organization were forward thinking and fired Baalke and hired Lynch who is the reason for their success. The 49ers organization, fans and media didn't make excuses for Baalke. They didn't say "Oh he took us to a Superbowl, he needs more time"
We are simply too nice. Our team is more fun to watch and suddenly our media will argue that Keim should be retained.

Baalke was booted because he was a grumpy man and incompatible with the owner and FO staff. Lynch is all business today. Winning helps his relationships a bunch! Keim on the other hand is compatible with the FO staff. He is all business too. Just not good business. His behavior also is clean for 18 months or so. If the Cardinals lose out for the final 5, I predict Keim will be gone a few days after 1 Jan. Bidwill has decide if the same GM is good enough for 2020.

Good Coaches are harder to find than good GMs. Harbaugh+Kap were stellar together. Perfect QB for the perfect system. Without each other, they both suck. Together, they go to 3 straight NFC championship games. Unbelievable. Fortunate for us. If Harbaugh was never fired, you better believe Kap and the 49ers would still be superbowl contenders to this day. Similar to Seattle. That 9er offense was similar to this years Baltimore offense. You know who has the record for most rushing yards in a playoff game by a QB? Kap. Probably soon to be Lamar.

It wasn't just those two, it was the majority of the forum including some mods like Rimrock that sang Keim's praises. Nonetheless, that is okay. All of us have been wrong at some point about players and personnel. I'm no different. It's difficult to predict how certain people will perform. All of us have the same goal in mind. We want to see the Cardinals have success and that's what counts.
I've been fairly negative about Keim and the Cardinals situation. But to offer some hope, I feel like the Cardinals will get their version of Mike Hazen in the off-season. I feel that with an exciting coach and QB, a good GM can surround them with a good offensive line and skilled position players. Keim obviously didn't do that this off-season and that will hurt the Cardinals. But I feel that our new GM will do that. And I like the Kyler Murray signing. I started the thread about Murray last January and claimed he was better than Baker Mayfield (which most disagreed with). I'm an OU fan and watched every Baker and Kyler game and Kyler is better. I still stand by that.
I`m gonna let you have that jab without rebuttal because you are mostly right..lol....but...ah never mind ...Touche Thing is I almost always support Someone new to the team(with the exception of skinny...how could i support a losing college coach lmao) Sure i supported SK until the championship game...i mean why wouldn't i?...but i don't recall all this slobbery love you 2's claim i had..lol News flash i was behind whiz as well until Warner left So i did support Steve when he was winning...that's what i do But i have never been on skinny love wagon (he will have to prove it to me)like Do and aris are...so when the time is right we will revisit this love and hate fetish you two have...lol...i only love the cards...everyone else is just passing through

WHEN MIKE BIDWILL REVIEWS STEVE KEIM Or maybe that should that be IF he does - and he should:
Here's a little something copied from Kevin Zimmerman's article of Dec. 30 on Arizona Sports.com (98.7 FM) suggested to be a part of that review: "The Cardinals’ recent draft history does not reflect well on general manager Steve Keim. For the NFL Drafts spanning 2013-18 — the duration of Keim’s time as GM — Arizona has only nine of 42 draftees remaining on the roster. As of all NFL rosters prior to the season finale, that was tied with the Cleveland Browns for the worst rate among NFL teams."
Now Mike, recall that the Cardinals were cellar dwellers last season, and consider all the likely reasons as you did with coaching - which was a beginning, not a total solution.
Mike, you should rise above friendships and remember that you run a business, not just a family income source. In business, keeping poor producers in important places is a recipe for failure.
Failure has been a hallmark of the Cardinals for a long, long time. Can you see at least one reason for that residing in the front office at present? Assets vs. liabilities, Mike... eliminate liabilities and you build on success.

Mike Bidwill must be hearing and reading the reviews about the team GM and his friend. That he's not said a word about Steve Keim, either in support or otherwise, is also a clear message that the owner is conducting an analysis. I'm staying tuned. Steve Keim's job at the Cardinals is not guaranteed.
I was floored on Monday to learn that Vance Joseph was retained by Kliff Kingsbury. Absolutely floored! Oh, because of player turmoil? Really? A few players also vouched for VJ's play-calling.
Assistant coach dismissals are common. There is churn at that level all the time for different reasons.

I'm sure he's got a list of excuses in his pocket. I predict that another Cardinal will make AP's First Team All-Pro in 2020. RB David Johnson. But not as a Cardinal.

Just awful -- MB sucking up. I saw that article earlier today. I almost puked, but swallowed my dinner back down. By tomorrow, the roughage will pass through the other end. I wish SK would exit by bowel too.

For what it is worth. He says he has sources I mean Greg Olsen at 35 is a great guy great player. I want every dime put into younger great players that have a future. We tried it this way and it failed us.
The Littletons, Fowlers, Byron Jones, Chris Jones, If I am going to spend I want 1 or 2 great players. Draft the rest . Sure I can use a few older players but not seeking to go after them. This team needs to get its priorities straight Defense is number 1 and protecting Murray is next then weapons like Cooper Lamb Judy Justn Jefferson come next. However
I want us to get younger and I'm stinking Old www.revengeofthebirds.com/2020/2/19/21144596/az-arizona-cardinals-free-agent-priorities

Greg Olsen has had an incredible career, but if the Cards gave him 7 million, I would not have been happy. I have zero faith in him being able to play 16 games, Seattle can have him as far as I'm concerned
Sorry, I know he's going to light us up because I said that

Which writer in who's mama's basement did the story come out of?
Olsen is a premier TE. But remember Jimmy Graham signed and we thought he would kill us?

Im a big Greg Olsen fan, but no thank you.
We dont need him. Fact is we dont need any outsider TEs.
Why does everybody hate Maxx Williams and Dan Arnold so much? Both showed they are very good TEs last year.
