Vegas rule #1 it is better to be lucky than good. Let’s hope what happened in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas.

Great to be in first place - but so far only only 1 sack in 2 games. Offense finally used a TE and a bit of a running game - just like last year during the 1st half of season. KM1 stats would have even better without the dropped contested catches throughout the game. Vance needs to figure that out asap. I promise, having Kennard on the game day roster isn’t going to increase those numbers. He doesn’t get tackles, he doesn’t impact the game, and he is too slow. Get the youngsters in there. Junk and Gardeck are not physically gifted guys, they are just hustle guys and limited. Sanders is probably the most athletic so they need to get him game ready STAT.

I wasn't able to participate here today but I just read through this thread. I was getting ugly there for a while....lol. I did get to see most of the game so I can understand why all were getting restless. Heck...so was I. I don't know...while this was far from a perfect game, it may be just what we needed. I was as if they broke through some kind of barrier that was holding them back and started play like a real NFL team. I'm not saying this is the greatest comeback ever but its right up there. After all, back when got our nickname the Cardiac Cards, we did it all the time. The big difference back then, we knew they were capable of it. This year, this team, and this game....who would have guessed it was possible. It was definitely a very pleasant and needed surprise. It was the biggest comeback allowed by the raiders. Also, raiders were like 26 an 0 after leading by 20 or more by halftime before today's game

Freakin AJ Green drives me crazy. If he was unguarded, it would be a 50/50 ball.

Niners just got better today. Trey Lance is not it, sadly, they are better with Garoppolo Not sure I agree. Lance is the future. Garopillow is experienced but won't last long in the huddle. Maybe 3-4 games -- and he most surely will be gone when the Cardinals meet the 49ers on Nov 21st. Garopollo is proven to be fragile. That's mostly why the 49ers decided to let him test the market last spring, prior to being unable to trade him. Then, they had to resign him as backup for pocket change.

I like the idea of the team breaking through a barrier. Things mental, physical, and unexplainable were holding back the team. The team's problems did not go away with the OT win last night. But, the team now should know that most barriers are just mental obstacles on a season schedule. Outthinking and outmanuvering obstacles coupled with a player's best effort can win. Just ask Murray this morning. He was amazing in the second half. Overnight sports media is gushing.

A 26-1 record is still impressive but no longer godlike. So, maybe the Raiders and a few other teams are going to think the Cardinals are the League's new vampires. Just when our enemies think the Big Red is dead, the team rises up from the grave and sucks the lifeblood out of victims. Just in time for Halloween.

Jimmy G is a game manager. He will never get them over the hump. Their defense is not good enough. They aren’t the Ravens or Giants of yore. Where did Jimmy G get them last year? Better than someone who cant throw haha. I would rather play them with Lance, never said Jimmy G is anything special. They are more dangerous running the ball and playing D with someone who is capable of managing a game. I agree that today Jimmy G now starting makes the 49ers better; however Jimmy G. has also had injury issues in the past and the Cards games with 49ers are later in the season. Cards could be facing Brock Purdy by then.

I think that injury is gonna have the same effect on Trey as it did to Dak. Dak don't seem to be the same type of running threat anymore. I wish we could eliminate all injuries but it is the nature of the sport being hard on the body.

When Murray is running around the backfield like he did, I feel as though I'm personally playing the old Tecmo Bowl game.
