I wonder if Drachir (@ OH) will publish a collated list of member game predictions? That list was always entertaining.

This should be an easy win for the Cardinals over the over-rated Chiefs for a number of reasons. I will mention just four -- 1) K2 is obviously a better coach than Andy Reid, 2) the Cardinals have much better players than the Chiefs from top to bottom, 3) K1 is a better qb than Mahomes (after all, who won the Heisman?), but now that he has his contract, he is tanned, rested, ready, and has studied not just four hours but nearly FIVE! hours for this game, and 4) the game is at State Farm, and as every one knows, the Cardinals have not lost a game at State Farm this year!!
Now as for the score. . . last year in the opener the Cardinals were underdogs to the Titans, and proceeded to humiliate them to the tune of 38-13, with K1 getting 289 yards passing and 4 TDs. Since he has his contract now and is not living hand to mouth, he has studied not four, but FIVE! hours for the game, and since he is throwing the ball to his old buddy Marquise Brown, look for him to get at least 389 yards passing and FIVE! touchdowns!! The Cardinals will score at the bare minimum 45 points.
As for Chief's nice little qb, Patrick Mahomes. . . he will obviously struggle against the Cardinals stellar defensive secondary (is there a better pair of safeties in the NFL than Budda Baker and Jalen Thompson?). Even if he still had Tyreek Hill it would be a challenge for Mahomes, but he doesn't. They will probably struggle to get even one touchdown (remember them getting walloped by Green Bay 27-3 last year), but I'll be generous and give them 10 points -- with Mahomes throwing for 166 yards, the same number he threw for against Green Bay.
So there you have it, sports fans. . . Cardinals 45, Chiefs 10!
You can fund your retirement quite handsomely just by taking out a payday loan and investing it with your friendly local Vegas bookie reflecting this prediction!

I "like" anything that makes me laugh - - - no matter whether I do or don't agree with it.

Lets get real here . Cards have to many key players riding the pine . I just hope its not a blow out. I don't know....it is disappointing we have so many early injuries. Still the guys filling in will play harder than ever, they want a starting job. I'm betting a couple of them will step up and show they are worthy. Thats my theory and I'm sticking with it....

This game could be Chiefs starters vs. Cardinals pre-season backups. Are any Cardinals starters not injured?
