This has been overlooked by us: Aaron Brewer was reported to be out for multiple weeks. I don't need to tell this board how bad special teams can ruin your chances of winning, and it all starts with the LS.
This is actually a concern, I hope Keim can find someone adequate off the street in the interim.

Harlow is the man he took over for Brewer in SF and played C for Hudson when he was injured. He has played well, the Cards lucked in to him being on team with his snapping skills and solid blocking.

I had no idea he had been hurt, but they showed him walking the sideline and then all the sudden I noticed Harlow snapping on a punt late in game. I remember the nightmare they had with a guy a few years back stepping in, so I hope they choose better this time. Special teams in much better hand these days vs back then though.

I wonder which arm he broke. Come on Brewer show us how tough you are and just play with a cast like Larry Wilson.

Usually you want a smaller long snapper(about the size of a LB 240-250LBS) who can run and defend the punt, but Harlow is under 290LBS so if he can long snap well the gunners are going to have to play solid. A inexperienced long snapper is a non option. A critical position in NFL and most are old vets that play for 15-20 years. If Harlow can long snap accurate and good speed than he is a good option even if he isn't very fast in coverage.

LS Kyle Nelson picked up by the Cardinals. The dude played 7 years for the 49ers and was even on the team during their Super Bowl run.

I wonder which arm he broke. Come on Brewer show us how tough you are and just play with a cast like Larry Wilson. Not sure what arm, but the injury report said it was the forearm. That's problematic since the snapping motion (like most things in football) require both arms to rotate.
