We came within a whisker of beating Green Bay despite the fact that: 1. We relied on Rondale Moore a bit too much. His trying to run it out of the end zone on kick offs was perplexing. The fact that he was involved in both turnovers that happened deep in our territory and resulted in 10 points was also problematic. We leaned on the rookie a bit too much and he folded. 2. We definitely missed JJ Watt but not nearly as much as Hudson and his backup Garcia. Josh Jones should be at RT. His playing guard is just not working. Green Bay consistently pressured KM with only a 4 man rush. 3. Green Bay made zero mistakes and their basic plan of runs mixed with lots of dink and dunk passes worked. Rodgers got the ball out in a hurry and they wore down the defense. If our run defense, which has been a problem most of the year, could have stopped Jones and Dillon and forced Rodgers to have to pass more we would have had more success. 4. AJ Green with the most WTF moment in recent history can not be excused. He is a 9 time Pro Bowler and anyone with a shred of football knowledge KNOWS that with seconds on the clock, no timeouts and needing at least three to tie that a pass into the end zone is the ONLY play. I have mentioned before that he gives up on plays too early and I think that is a result of his never having played with a QB that extends plays like KM. There is no excuse or reasonable explanation for his not looking for that ball in that moment with KM at QB and the game on the line. Total brain dead play on his part. They need to get a touch back for EVERY kick in the endzone. They rarely get past the 25 anyhow and usually quite a bit shorter. If they do, the likelihood there is holding is very high. You could fumble, penalty, someone get hurt. Way more bad that can happen, just take the touchback please.

Exactly just look at the Jonathan Ward - Kylin Hill collision, I thought for sure that Ward broke his neck on that tackle. He collided and looked like a rag doll after the collision. Hill end of the collision looked vicious as well.

They guys need more time to recover, the money grab isn’t worth their health.

On AJ Green -- the entire last drive was very strange. Remember when AJ Green caught the wide open pass on same drive when it was 3rd and 10 from the Cards 1-yd line at beginning of the drive ? WHY did he just fall down after the catch when there was plenty of green grass around for a MINIMUM of another 7-10 yds and possibly a much bigger gain. All of us watching had to be wondering why did he firmly catch the football take one step and then just curl up and go down ?? ... but we as Card fans were relieved that the drive was still alive ... but it was very strange. If Green does do interview, I hope someone asks him a question on the above reference play as well as the last one. I think he didn’t want to take any chance of dropping it or have a fumble occur as it would have been a drive killer.

He caught 5 passes total, but went to sleep mentally when his # was called by KM on the last play. Friend and foe media is having a field day with the Murray to Green misplay and now maybe a lack of teamwork transparency. At the pressers, HC Kingsbury blamed a call miscommunicatiion, presumed from the QB to the WR. Murray waited an hour after the game to greet the press, then shrugged off QB-WR communications as a blip issue, only commenting that improvement is necessary. Green did not talk last night, reportedly because he was not 'scheduled.' Huh? The franchise does not throttle communications. That's BS. Players talk all the time via multiple tools. Green probably just wants the episode to disappear. History does not just disappear. The best thing for Murray and Green is to sit down with Kingsbury and have a mano e mano chat. Allowing the sports media to run with incorrect team communications issues is wrong. The only forgiveness is Green catching a winning TD pass to win the super bowl. But if I’m Bidwell I’m making a personal visit to see if Fitz can come back for one last run for the big one. As good as a surprise Green has been for us my confidence in him is shakin & I hope key mgmt/players feel the same.

As good as a surprise Green has been for us my confidence in him is shakin & I hope key mgmt/players feel the same. WR Green's performance is mostly good thru 8 games and the first half of 2021. Overall, the team is better with Green than without him. He made several beautiful drive-saving and TD catches. He made some midfield route mistakes and a few drops; all WRs make errors. He made 2 big errors in the end zone that pissed me off -- 1 vs MIN, and 1 vs GB. The TNF misplay probably cost the Cardinals a game-winning TD. I guarantee that Prater wanted to try for a game-tying FG. I don't know how Green can recover from his last boner. Time will tell--starting with SF in a week. If he is still sulking, then he's gone. KK does not tolerate prima donnas. I know many Forum members still idolize Fitz and would like to see him re-signed for the remaining 9 Cardinals games. I'm not in that camp, not even getting Fitz for free which is not allowed per NFLPA. Fitz's time has passed at the Cardinals, IMV. He also admitted that his heart is no longer in the game, which clearly translates into "retired" status.
