Hi Folks, As you can tell I'm a Packers fan. I will be bringing my Grandson who is a Cards fan to his first NFL game on the 28th. We are leaving for Prescott tomorrow so I wanted to get this posted. I have been to two games at state farm. I really like the Stadium. I haven't liked the games so much. I was at the two worst losses including that blowout in 2015, my wife got food poisoning from a breakfast burrito at the hotel and was heaving her guts up at the tailgate in the old Brown lot (Sabotage? π).
This time I am hoping for a classic game like the 2009 playoff shootout with the missed face mask that cost us the win. π Or the great hailmary of the 2015 playoffs to send it to overtime, then we let Larry beat us. Our D has always been our achilles heel. This game could live up to those two with a HOF MVP against a great young QB who is playing like he may be this years MVP and a future HOF player. With our injuries in the secondary the last couple of weeks, I am a bit worried. All I really want is a great game and to show my Grandson a great time at his first NFL game.
I have parking Pass for the Green Lot. I need handicap parking and since there is limited spaces I want to get in early so we can have a tailgate. Could you guys please tell me how soon before the gates open I should be in line to get in early? Look for the Big G flag and come by for a beer.
Here is hoping for a fantastic game between two great teams. This could decide home field advantage for the playoffs.
Thanks for your help and sportsmanship.
GO PACK!!!!!

Welcome aboard however no on will be replying to this message until after this weekend. You see we focus on 1 team at a time. 1-0 each week and it has worked splendidly. We are focused on the Texans and even though they are a weak team we can not lose focus. Any given Sunday.

I've been tailgating in Green E handicapped for a long time. Gates open 4 hours prior to kick off. The handicapped section has been filling up pretty fast especially the spaces with the sidewalk behind them. Those have been filling up faster than usual this season since The Cardinals are winning. I'd plan on getting there no later than 10:30 ish to 11:00 for a good handicapped spot.

Hi and Welcome to the Forum, I will give a reply just to help you with the parking. Hope this helps. It has the green lot 2 hours before at least is recommended . www.azcardinals.com/stadium/parking-map-and-directions Now to the nutshell, I go a long ways back to the glory days of the Green Bay Packers in the early 1960's. My older brother was a Packer's fan at first Strictly band wagon of course. Like so many others back then. Kind of like Cowboy fans. I couldn't do that! So I became a Cardinal fan in 1963. NO REGRETS NOT A SINGLE ONE! Best thing about the game is bringing your grandson. Nothing beats that. That is my first point. Next we make no excuses for winning or losing Its not the referees on a face mask call. You still have to win the game. JJ watt said it best last week Thanks to Drachir for this tweet They win cuz of this , they win cuz of that GO Cardinals! Win like you did the last three times over the Packers Make'm feel good like they got it in the bag and then send them PACKING! How about these missed calls on the Packers? 49ers complaining about missed calls VS Packers www.nbcsports.com/bayarea/49ers/49ers-loss-packers-filled-questionable-calls-officials OR BEARS LOSING TO A BAD CALL VS PACKERS

Nutshell is this,
We want to win because "Maybe We (Cardinals) are just better!"
Thanks,
I know we wont see you again unless you make the playoffs ( Like Us) but have a great year! Sorry to be a bit harsh but the face mask thing was a bit much.
Have a great time!

Well thanks for the info. I guess my little winky thing didn't convey I was making a joke. I Never let the kids or parents on the teams I coached blame the refs for a lose. You have to admit it, was a pretty big miss and a Cheesy way to end the game. πI was was a die hard rams fan since I was a boy, I used to bleed Blue and Yellow. I once sat in a freezing car in England at 3am, listening to the Scratchy am broadcast from Armed Forces Radio in Germany of the 79 NFCCG between the Rams and Bucs. I didn't even get to see the game between the Rams and Steelers because I was in a C-5 over the Atlantic when the SB was played. Then the wicked witch of the west took my team to St. Louis. Ironic isn't it given the Cards history No way was I going to root for the Rams anymore. So I started looking for a new team to root for. Green is my favorite color, and I really liked Green Bay fans. I could see myself Drinking beer and eating Brats in freezing weather. I was fortunate that I hitched my wagon to the Packers about the same time they traded for Favre. Now I bleed Green and Gold.

Sorry for the late reply I was listening to Crosby Stills & Nash "OUR HOUSE" Its a very very very fine house with JJ Watt in the Yard Life use to be so hard Now everything is so easy when we are 8-0 over you.

One more question, I will be coming from Peoria near the AZ State Campus. Is it better to come to the parking entrance on 91st street from the North or from the south?
Come on over for a Beer, Brat and some cheese curds. Look for the green "G" logo packers flag with a Shareholder flag under it. It will be on a 22 ft pole so as long as the wind isn't too strong, should be easy to spot.

One more thing. I know you die hard Cards fans know this. Only 3 teams remain from the original NFL. The Packers, The Bears and The Cardinals.
