Someone's head in leadership needs to roll. I don't care if this is a scape goat or what.

I don't care if it's Steve Keim's, Steve Wilk's(which is tough because I'm a Wilks fan in general) or Mike McCoy's. If one of these three people are not fired by the end of this weekend, then I am done with this franchise for good. If Bidwill and Keim are so blind or naive that one of these three need to be fired, then I have no reason to think they have the balls to make the tough decisions.

This is worse than the damn John Skelton, Kevin Kolb, Max Hall era.

This team has no heart. I'd rather get passed on for 500 yards ,then punched in the mouth week after week with the run.

Need firings in two phases: Tomorrow, McCoy. Sometime in the next few days one or more players. I nominate Nelson Phase 1 complete.

Phase 2: End of season after the books are closed on 1-15, 2-14 or 3-13, Wilks & staff plus Keim.

Between Phases 1 and 2, Mike engages a consigliere from outside the organization to do an autopsy on what went wrong and where to start to get back on track. If that's possible.

In the meantime, for the locals, enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather!
