I'm afraid this team needs a lot more than just getting rid of McCoy. Though that would be a good start. Face it no matter what happens with the coaching staff the rest of the year, this team isn't going to the playoffs. Would rather loose the remaining games than win 3, 4, or 5 more and get bumped down in the draft. The only thing this team has to look forward to is Rosen improving and the highest possible draft position it can obtain. And I'm not sure this coaching staff has the ability to can get the best out of Rosen.
