Wow Rams are a great team this year. They are no longer considered a 1 year wonder. A division powerhouse for the next few years. You see what Gurley did today? Over 200 yards rushing, against Denver no less. Wow. I think the Cardinals will be like that in a few years. They got their QB, I think Rosen will be good if not better than Goff. I think David Johnson is just as good as Gurley, if he had the support Gurley has. He already showed he can be better than Gurley with the right personnel. Just need to fix that oline and rebuild the receiving core. I still dont understand why the oline is so hard for this franchise to build. It isnt just this year, they were mediocre under Arians, under Whiz and so on and so on. Did they ever have a top tier oline in their history?

Edit: Nevermind, Denver is ranked 30th in run defense. Still, over 200 yards?

I guess the Great Wall in the Mid '70's was before your time, hey Silly?! What could this team do with an O-line that only allowed 7 sacks all season? That made the La Rams reconstituted Fearsome Foursome spit nails and caused Merlin Olsen to get into a fight on the football field! HoF Merlin Olsen!

This line consisted of ends Jack Youngblood and Fred Dryer, and tackles Olsen and Larry Brooks. Youngblood and Olsen are NFL Hall of Famers while Brooks made the Pro Bowl 5 times. Dryer, acquired from the Giants in 1972, also made the Pro Bowl once, and set an NFL record with 2 safeties in one game vs. the Packers. Olsen, who played with his brother Phil Olsen for 4 seasons from 1971-1974, retired after a 15-year career at the end of the 1976 season. He was replaced by Mike Fanning.
