And The Cardinals get it done for their 1st win of 2018. Defense played their guts out today above and beyond the time they should've spent on the field. But they bailed out the rookie led Cardinal offense which sputtered most of the afternoon. Is it the offensive system of Mccoy's? This offense rarely gets to see the field being out clocked, possession wise, out gained, yards wise, out 1st downed, and only made their 1st 3rd down conversion late in the 3rd quarter. Is this all on McCoy? Wilks? My big take-away from Rosen's performance is that he didn't do anything with the football, Yes, he had a below average game but as a rookie QB in the NFL, he did enough, along with the tireless defensive effort, to bring home the win. Go Big Red!

Get used to this ugly offense as long as Wilks and McCoy are around. Ones not a head coach ( Wilks ) and the other has never been a decent O coordinator ( McCoy ) . Wonder if MB has the gumption to fire Wilks after this year ?

Get used to this ugly offense as long as Wilks and McCoy are around. Ones not a head coach ( Wilks ) and the other has never been a decent O coordinator ( McCoy ) . Wonder if MB has the gumption to fire Wilks after this year ? I doubt it...looked like a pretty happy fraternity in the locker room after the debacle! |

McCoy get fired yet? Anybody? Denver's HC bounced McCoy after game 9 in 2017. McCoy had just ripped off six consecutive very ugly losses with a stud Defense not helping one bit. Owner and player morale was visibly tanked due to a flat-lined Offense. Meaning: McCoy could last this entire 2018 season under a softer HC. |

It's not rocket science all the explosive offenses in this league in the last 10 years was explosive because they keep the defense thinking and make the D defend the whole field but when you only pretty much have to cover 5 yds of the field not to difficult to defend. It's predictable and a very condensed offensive scheme the cardinals are running. |
