Thanks, Westgate. It's back to the bar to watch Cards @ 49ers this weekend. The only Cards local TV appearance is the TNF game on the 18th of Oct. That will be the last of the Red Sea Rising around here (SE VA) for a long, long while.

I thought I would vent a little here. I'm not just talking just about us Cardinal fans, but any fan of a team that does not live near that team. There can be many reasons why someone might be a fan of team X, yet may not live close enough to get the local broadcast. Perhaps the biggest reason is their/my team has moved. There are many teams that have moved. I'm sure there are thousands if not millions of fans in the same boat. I have considered NFL Sunday Ticket, however, I would have to get Direct TV and pay $293.00. I don't want to do either. I would have no problem paying for individual games but a reasonable price. My cable company has a pay per view service. I'm sure most cable companies do. If they charged roughly the same price they do for first-run movies. It's a slam dunk, I would buy it game by game. Unfortunately, the NFL tries to force us to get Direct TV and pay for a package that most don't need or want. We just want to follow our favorite team, not every other dam team. NFL TV ratings have been falling for all kinds of reasons. Some people are literally just losing interest. Of those, many are people that can't follow their favorite team anymore. I'm no expert when it comes to what is more profitable. Perhaps they make more money charging $293.00 to those that are willing/able to afford it than say charging $5.00 per game. I wonder how many fans they are losing by not making it more affordable. They also need to consider how much money they lose when many people use links where they get no money at all. Simply put, the NFL needs to figure out to how to get the games people want to see to wherever they live and stop making them pay out the nose to do it. Keep the fan base happy and quit pissing them off. Ok....I'm done venting....have a good day all...

I don't pay for Sunday Ticket. A relative works as a telemarketer for Directv so we get everything for "product knowledge" except for the Pac 12 network (I pay Fubo for that).
Personally I think Sunday Ticket is overrated compared to NBA League Pass which I enjoy watching Raptors games for some reason. They usually tip off at 4pm or 5pm during the winter AZ time.
