The team gives you every reason not to watch them. But we now have a stud franchise QB . I have no doubt. This kid is the best of the new QB's I've seen in this league. He's a diamond surrounded by cubic zirconia and run by Village Idiots. He will survive this , he's that strong.
The unimaginative play calling on the final drive is all Steve Wilks. He said so himself in the pressor. There's a reason they wear head sets and Singletary 2.0 is the one you can pin that on. This guy has to go at the end of the year. It's like saying Brandon Williams just needs more time to become legit. It will never happen.
DJ is DJ when you add in the threat of a pass game. He looked more himself this game. But it still begs the question. Did we really need to give him all that money? could he not have proved himself once again. He has a 3.3 yards per carry average.
Coming into the season our WR group was a concern. We sure nailed that one. Rosen's stats would have been off the charts if his WR could have caught easy balls. Kirk once and JJ Nelson on the long bomb. WOW.
Have you ever seen Fitz drop two in a game? It begs the question looking at his overall drop in production, is Larry slipping a
little?
Dbuc got slashed again and again in the run game. He is plain and simply awful. Anyone notice Reddick out there? Not so much.
For the first time in years I can say our Oline is okay. It's ranked very poorly by PFF but by the eyeball test it seems better at least to me.
Our run defense is awful. And it's been good the past couple of years. It has to be scheme more then anything.
Earl Thomas broke his leg and then gave the SEATTLE sideline the finger going by on the cart. What a classless douche. All because he's been crying about extensions and money all year. (he makes 8.5 per year). Now fittingly he's going to lose a lot of money.
Is anyone impressed with Chase Edmonds. 41 carry yards on the year with a 3.1 ave. Was he really a need to the point we had to draft him with all the holes we have? Running backs to compliment DJ can be had easily.
I didn't see Jamar Nelson in the game and that made me happy.
Seattle is almost as bad as we are. And they always seem to have turmoil. That ship is sinking badly.
I want to give my weekly props to the best player on this team: Patrick Peterson. Consistent. Never hurt. Plays at a world class level and we're wasting his final years.
For fans thinking victories matter at this point we got San Fran twice in the next five weeks.
