The only thing I'm worried about with Rosen is this coaching staff screwing him up. Wilks is a defensive coach. McCoy is a useless O coordinator. Not exactly the best situation for a young QB to be in.

Not exactly the best situation for a young QB to be in. A BIG worry indeed This is a BIG worry -- I was going to give McCoy some time to work with Rosen since the offense last week should have had 420 yards of offense if receivers could catch; HOWEVER, Paul Calvisi just stated on 98.7 this morning that the screen pass to DJ (the play I want called 2-4X per game and is the longest play from scrimmage this year) was an AUDIBLE by ROSEN !!!! ... and not a play call from McCoy's voluminous play sheet.
Between the report on another thread of alleged lack of preparedness at the team hotel and that Rosen should be his own offensive coordinator ... yikes, I am unsure about the future unless MB-SK get these coaches to get the most out of these players. Currently there are only 3 players from the 53 man roster playing up to or better than expectations and those are PP21, Bynes and Rosen. Everyone else is still below expectations -- while Diche' has certainly been better, I need to see another level and more consistency.

Gonna have to wait another week, at least, to see him hand-wave thru another RB. 'Diche is inactive today.

An there was another play last week where Josh turned left to hand off to DJ, but DJ was already two steps to his right, maybe to take a pass in the flat. Josh ate it and took a sack. He then got up and looked menacingly at the bench, and held up both hands with a "What kind of call was that?" look on is face. I also chalk up that fake sack to McCoy.
If the Cards offense hoses it up again today, I'm going to write to Wilks and demand McCoy's demotion. Who's with me?

"Josh Rosen Opens It Up Early: A 75-yard TD pass to Christian Kirk on the Cardinals’ first play from scrimmage. It feels like the beginning of a franchise QB. I’m not sure this is the staff that will get him there though." from SI
