Yep ! Dumb as a box of rocks. This guy needs to go packing along with his O and D coordinators. Never going to win with this guy as the head coach. Seems like he can't learn from his mistakes, and there have been a bunch of mistakes.

I have seen and heard nothing from this guy that indicates any sense of responsibility for his decisions or willingness to learn, but rather thinly veiled "I did my job, the players just didn't do theirs" type of comments.

Yikes. I'm not down for firing a coach 4 games into the season, but stuff like that is concerning.

The players need to setup a coaches accountability board.

I'm fed up with him and it's odd I was excited for him because I expected a disciplined conservative running team but it's been everything but.

I've been a Wilks defender.... until now. Who else is rooting for a 1-15 season so Wilks and Co. gets the boot? I hope they prove me wrong but I strongly doubt it.

Wilk’s is the epitome of the Peter Principle.
Makes the same mistakes over and over. Coaching defensively so he won’t be criticized. Looks and sounds like he is in over his head in every interview.
Wilk’s is not HC material.

Wilk’s is not HC material. For those who still have hope, Joe Gibbs started 0-5 in 1981, finished 8-8 that year and won the Super Bowl the next year.
Again, the above is only for those who still have hope. If you've given up hope you are free to continue enjoying yourself.

THIS JUST IN
I found it odd and borderline inappropriate that my ears were forced to hear Our very own Steve Wilks do a Local Ford Dealer commercial on the radio.
Should we not read In to this?
Just heard it at approximately 1pm on 98.7
Sorry if it's old news...its new to me.

Wilks was just on 98.7.
He said he was being conservative down the stretch to avoid what happened the week before with a sack getting you out of field goal range. Problem with his theory is even if the Cardinals kick a field goal they left Seattle too much time on the clock.
Clearly Wilks is playing not to lose vs. going for the win.
