I've never seen this happen before. Darn if the kick wasn't good afterall! FLCF, thanks for the link. Rip Van Winkle (me) finally awoke from the Game 16 snoozer played 3 weeks ago, and watched the video. I truly never saw anyone kick a football into the head of a ref, and then see the ball go thru the uprights! I was more surprised that the 3 points stand as played. Good also for the refs for not penalizing the HS team for 'roughing the ref'.

lol....imagine if some team won the Super Bowl that way. Eventually, that way will happen. I see it in my crystal ball now...a Cardinals FG kicker will drill a Steelers helmet, stunning everyone for a split second. And then the football will barely cross through the uprights for 3 points and the Super Bowl win. Like it was all our destiny to win by quirk! That would be so natural.
