Arizona Cardinals defeated the New York Giants today 26-7 . This was probably if not the best defensive performance by the team in 2020.
The Arizona Cardinals are now 7-6
Next Up The Philadelphia Eagles 3-8-1 and are leading the Saints in Sunday's game.
The Eagles are up 17-14 with just over 13 minutes left in the game vs The New Orleans Saints. Runningback Miles Sanders has rushed for over 100 yards in the 1st three quarters. Quarterback Jalen Hurts is 16-29 for 153 yds 1 TD 0 Ints This is his first NFL start.

Here with the NO @ PHI Gamebook via NFL.com. NO QB Hill played like an inexperienced backup. He made some good plays and some mistakes. The two teams were about evenly matched, except for the running game. PHI ran for almost 260 yards, and over 100 came from their QB Hurts. 82 yards came on 1 play, a TD run by RB Sanders. PHI was 2/4 on 4th down plays, meaning the team gambles in the manner of the Cardinals. The stunning PHI win came at a cost, as three-fourths of the secondary -- cornerbacks Darius Slay (head) and Avonte Maddox (knee) and safety Rodney McLeod (knee) -- left because of injury and did not return. Defensive linemen Malik Jackson, Derek Barnett and Sweat were also hurt. I am not sweating PHI next weekend if ARZ brings it's A-game again like they did vs. the NYG. 12/13/2020 Highlights Eagles VS Saints Definitely worth our time watching this video. Hurts and his PHI Eagles teammates got a few lucky breaks vs. a superior NO Saints team. Can the Eagles repeat those breaks next week? Stay tuned.

12/13/2020 Highlights Eagles VS Saints Enlightening video. Hurts is interesting. When he's scrambling, he's looking to throw first. Despite that, the dude had over 100 yards rushing. It was a long time since NO let anyone rush on them. Hurts almost threw a pick as well. Our rush defense isn't as good, but despite that, our guys have a ton of experience practicing against a mobile QB since we have one ourselves. If anything, applying a disciplined pass rush that doesn't overpursue might be the key. After all, it worked against us these last few weeks. Simmons as a spy/5th rusher? Doesn't have to commit to the rush hard, just tie up a offensive lineman and keep Hurts contained. Goedart received the most looks. Alshon, despite the TD, is kinda slow. That Eagles OL was supposed to be pretty bad due to those injuries. Maybe Wentz was exasperating things. They looked better last night via those highlights. Sanders: RPOs for days. Surprised to see that he had such a good game. With Wentz, his production was pretty bad for the last few weeks. This team can sneak up on us. Here we are after an emotional win, hopefully we don't walk into a trap game.

PHI has a badly damaged secondary after the NO game. That will favor the Cardinals Offense, especially if KM continues throwing accurate passes. The other WRs have to do better. ARZ is relying on DHop too much. D's will double up and cut him off, then what?
