11/21/2020Unless this team figures out how to get its act together We will lose in New England. 1. Away game 2. New England is 4-5 going into this weekend They found a way to beat Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. 3. We are undisciplined as a team (penalties) too many men on the field, not enough men on the field clock management, 4. We had 13 negative loss plays last week vs Seattle 5. Injuries especially Defensive line Ref 4, above. The Cardinals executed 63 offensive plays. 63-13 negative plays = 50 plays that yielded a positive. 50 good plays! That sucks. The Cardinals also had 10 penalties (-115yds) in the game. In the first half, 3 penalties were on the offense (2 false starts, 1 holding = -20yds). Total now = 16 negative plays out of the 63 total plays. I do not have a breakdown for the 6 penalties in the second half so lets go with 50/50. Add 3 more offense team penalties, = 19 negative plays. That's a gaudy 30.15% of all Cardinals offensive plays that had negative results at TNF. My friends, no team performing that bad can win. Kingsbury is right when he takes blame for a stinking performance. Next, he has to cut the dead meat. Otherwise, it will be " Day of the Living Dead" at the New England Patriots on November 29th.

Cam is throwing for less than 250 yards per game lately. We're gonna get a heavy dose of Harris between the 20s, Burkhead in the red zone, and Cam on the goal line. I don't know if VJ has the guys to stop this.
On the plus side, their defense isn't the juggernaut that it once was due to injuries and opt outs. Their pass rush isn't good, but neither was Seattle's.

If we want to make the playoffs, this is a must win.
If we want a chance at the division the next 2 games are must win. Can't go into another skid.

After the NE game a week from Sunday, which the Cardinals will win, the Cardinals are at home v. LAR the first week of December, the 6th. The potential good news is about LAR's two-game schedule and short week. The Rams play the Bucs at MNF and then have a short prep week before traveling to Glendale to play the Cardinals. Maybe Bruce Arians Bucks will beat the stuffing (pun) out of the Rams at MNF, leaving mop up duty for the Cardinals. The Rams will have one less day to heal before the Cardinals bus hopefully runs them over.

I’m ready for a change Tell him to find some players to replace our injured ones. That's kind of important Keim goes if this doesn't work out. Full rebuild. I wish we could go back to 2018 or pre 2005 days. Everything sucked at every point and we blamed everyone and we were losers watching losers play. Such a simpler time. Hopefully with K2 gone we can go back to the same ol' loser Cardinals.

If we want to make the playoffs, this is a must win. I cannot see anything other than a real tough game. Wins in Boston I cannot believe come easy at any time. - If the Patriots win today then we will face a team with increasing levels of confidence and generally on the up. Should we lose next weekend we are still in the mix for a play-off spot, although team morale may then soon start to sap.

If we don't go 19-0 every year it's absolutely crazy and we just need to fire everyone. Simpler times. People don't realize only a few teams really stay competitive over the years and many cycle through. We just became part of that cycle recently instead of always sucking.

Through 3 quarters, the 2-7 Texans are handling Cam and the Patriots, up 24-17.

Well Zalixar; I remain, .....can I say hopeful! The cycle we are in is the best in the NFL, which is otherwise known as the NFC West. - Many consider being in this division to be a disadvantage. For myself I believe its the total opposite. We are lucky to be here! - If we hit the top once every four years we are then in a real strong position to go a SB run. Those years we are down in the cycle we are finishing low in the NFL ranking (more so than our underlying talent should allow) and we can restock in the draft. - Just think, the last two drafts have given us Murray and Simmons. Could we have 'achieved' that competing in the East? So, our bitterest rivals maybe, but we are all helping each other in a subtle way. - If 2020/ 21 is not our year then I remain...(dare I say it) well.., hopeful! 2021/ 22 it will then surely be?

Hi Devongent, Years ago during the mid 1970's. The Cardinals, Cowboys and Redskins were in a three way race for the NFC East Division title. Now the NFC West is the toughest conference. In the 2020's this does make our team have to work harder and try harder to make the post season. 1974 W L T Cardinals 10 4 Redskins 10 4 Cowboys 8 6 1975 Cardinals 11 3 Cowboys 10 4 Redskins 8 6 1976 Cowboys 11 3 Redskins 10 4 Cardinals 10 4 missed the playoffs 1977 Cardinals went 7-7 Don Coryell was fired a Dumb move I do disagree with the draft. You are right we do have Murray and I for one believe in Isaiah Simmons. But there are too many misses elswhere along the last three or four years. Nkemdiche, Isabella, Dorian Johnson, and so many more.

Im thinking we're gonna see a uptick in 12 man sets for the Rams.
