It is hard to imagine that this is the product being put on the field with an entire off-season to prepare your schemes. How could it be worse?
The Browns and Bills are at least competitive compared to just getting boat raced by two decent teams.
Blaine Gabbert at $2.5 MM dollars last year was infinitely better than Bradford this year at $20 MM. Signing Bradford at this point looks like highway robbery by this agent.
Our 4-3 is lost by an means of measuring.
The $LB looks like the free vacuum coin you get from the car wash that gets lost in the center console.
This is worse than Dave McGinnis, Wisenhunt without Warner, or any other bad coaching hire I can recall since team moved to AZ.

Remember when Arians first year the defense didn't start dominating until after their 8th game by then it was too late to make the playoffs. I still have hope for the defense and Mr. Miyagi (Josh Norman calls Wilks that) but the offense needs to do more than 3& out that puts pressure on the defense.

Well right now if they had to wax my truck and then wax it off I think they would be out of position and mess that up as well. It would be truck where only the wheels and tires got waxed and the rest of the body was all dirty.

Bradford is done and so is McCoy in my opinion. McCoy got ran at mid season last year but this time he might not make it that long. Cross the 50 yd line one time that calls for the hall of shame.

The writing was on the wall last week against Washington. It will be even worse next game. There's losing and then there is losing and only crossing the 50 yard line once when there is 10 min left in the game. 0-16 if they keep that scheme.

As I watched the dreadfully boring Giants / Cowboys game last night my mind wandered and I tried to think about when it was this bad. I think I've settled on a decision: The 2003 team that loved Coach Mac so much they stunk it up on Sundays and got him fired. That team would go on the road and make one-day superstars out of scrubs. A game against Cleveland still sticks in my head, the Browns were total garbage (yeah I know, you're surprised), the Cardinals march into town and make Kelly Holcomb and another scrub or two look like world beaters and the Cardinals lose 44-6 or something like that. But even that team ended up winning 4 at SDS, including the Nate Poole TD that sent the Vikings home. The last Whis team was a wreck with the 10-game losing streak, but it had a defense that could keep that mess in games for at least a half before that defense officially quit on Whis in the 58-0 nightmare at Seattle.
So it's been 15 years since I've seen it this bad, and after two games it's the worst I've seen. After all 16 are played it might be the worst. Time will tell.

On a neutral field, what would Vegas put line for Cardinals vs. Alabama right now?
Cards -2?

Was that the year after the fire sale where they fired him with Jeff Blake & Josh McCown? I became a Bronco fan (they used to be my favorite AFC Team because I'm from Colorado) when they signed Jake Plummer it was amazing a difference it was to see Clinton Portis, Mike Anderson, and Tatum Bell run the ball with ease compared to the early 2000s late 90s cards that would run on first down for no gain. Now I hate the Broncos because of Elway. I came back to the Cardinals when I got back home from the Army in 2008 for the Super Bowl season and I was a die hard fan again.

After reading this article, I really believe Wilks is not meant for this job. Cardinals probably need to re-evaluate after the season and find a new HC. Not surprisingly, first-year Cardinals coach Steve Wilks is considering making changes to get an offense that has scored six points in eight quarters headed in the right direction. ''I don't even know where to start right now,'' Wilks said. ''It's just we got to do a much better job running the football. We got to do a much better job protecting. ''Receivers got to get off the jam at the line of scrimmage. We got to convert on third down. We're going to go back and evaluate things as a coaching staff, evaluate the players, make sure we have the best guys out there and put in the right position to make plays moving forward.'' It's time to call out Bradford and his stealing people's money.
He's made over 120 million dollars in his career and never produced more then 8 wins in a season.
I hated the signing this off season but I thought at least he would put in the effort.
Please Cardinals CUT this guy NOW.

No it was the last year of the McGinnis era, Blake was brought in as the latest QB flavor of the month, got hurt early, then McCown was in the picture. I think Blake eventually got back in the lineup but it didn't matter. The team was dreadful. As I alluded what shocked / disgusted me the most was when a bunch of players came out and said how much they loved Coach Mac after he got fired. Holy hell, you loved him so much you got him fired! Losers. What worries me now in the present day was that McGinnis was a "rah rah" type of guy, in fact I hacked "One Heartbeat" from him. It was one of his motivational cliches, e.g. "in that locker room it's one heartbeat... blah blah" after they get whooped in say Cleveland. I signed up for the original board to vent about the team and picked "One Heartbeat" as a sarcastic take on the mood at the time. I'm really mellowed in my old age, as you and everyone else can attest. Nothing bothers me anymore and I have zero pet peeves.

NFL QBs are at a premium, the sharps in the NFL GM class decided the guy could still play so he took what the market offered. Now I'm assuming he can't play, maybe a change of scenery would do him good. Probably not, he looks bored to me but maybe
In any event, to Bradford and his agent... well played, very, very well played. That said this is probably his last deal / big payday, so don't do anything to screw it up like eating pizza, getting wasted, driving drunk and getting the contract tossed on a morals clause.
