I was hoping for Bradford to be the meat shield for about 10 games this year, but this is just too unbearable to watch.
I start Bradford against Chicago in week 3 and if we get a similar performance, i start Rosen against the Seahawks in week 4.
The game is
1. At home 2. Is against the a Seahawks defense that is a shell of what it once was.
If we somehow perform well against the Bears, keep Bradford in but
I don't want to start Rosen against Mack and the Bears. Let Bradford take those hits and then bring Rosen in while in the meantime flushing the remaining money of Bradford's contract down the toilet

Naah, let's send Glennon out as replacement meat shield. It's a process. Let's trust it.

My friends and I talked before that week 4 is a good time to start him. Spare him from facing Mack and give Bradford another chance. Will be interesting to see if it’s McCoy or Bradford here. Ugly stuff....

would rather not see Josh Rosen until after we get a new OC and upgrade at WR. Can we please get Rob Chudzinski in here? Wilks should know him from his Carolina days.

Glennon has a better chance of success in this offense, than Bradford.. at least he is mobile. Going to be waisted time if Rosen gets thrown into this mess.. The OC should be fired today.. he is terrible.. trying to put a round peg in a square hole.. Never going to work!!

Look. This season is over. From the GM to head coach on down there needs to be changes. Never saw a team for 2 games in a row be so unprepaired. That folks is all on the head coach.
No reason to start Rosen now. All it would do is set him back. Wait until game 11 or 12 then put him in. Give him 4 or 5 games to get ready for next year. As it stands it's going to take the Cards at least the next two years before they might be good again. This team needs a lot in player upgrades at almost every position. You can't expect any QB to win with what we have now on the field and coaching. No reason to ruin Rosen before he has able players around him.
If Bradford has another game like the first two then stick Glennon in. Let him earn some of that money he is making. Would rather sacrifice Glennon that ruin Rosen before he even has a chance.

Wilks says no QB change.
We are going to march Bradford out and let him collect another paycheck fattening up the salary cap hit next season. We can cut his dead money in half next year if we cut him now.
But we wont for the same reason Brandon Williams is on the roster. To protect Steve Keims EGO.
I find it funny (tragically) watching Keim/Bidwill slap themselves on the back signing guys like HB and DJ to big contracts when they don't have to and putting out this horrid lineup. All while telling us they want to be an elite organization. It's like a homeless guy who wants to drive a Porsche.
Watching Wilks on the sidelines with his eyes bulging out of his head I kind of feel sorry for him . He had HUGE expectations of this team and it shows a cognitive dissonance. He's got Singletary written all over him. Lots of BIG talk and Bravado but clueless how to put a football team on the field and get it to perform. BIG difference with being a good DC and being a HEAD COACH. Many assistants have failed.

I don't want wilks damaging the future like he has damaged the present.

The first thing Wilks should do if he wants to start turning this around is march in there and say we need to fire McCoy and bring in a better OC. The guy did the same thing to Gordon refuses to use the back like Gordon and now Johnson the way he should. then they have to get a Qb at this point I don't care who it is that won't have an average attempt of 3.3 yds. Scratch what I said after what I just read what Wilks this guy seems like a nice guy but he is in over his head.
