We will get some wins maybe at the end of the season when teams sit their starters for the playoffs. 2-3 wins at the most.

They had 5 first downs the entire game. Somehow they had 14 last week and still lost 24-6.

1. #1 over all pick in the nfl draft has to be a win of some kind right?

I also must confess. I predicted a 8-8 record for '18. That .500 idea is clearly in jeopardy after today.
So far, this team has show it has deep challenges at just moving the football. Until that part of the game is fixed, scoring will be accidental and wins will be daydreams.

Bradford is just part of the problem. This dink and dunk offense isn't going to cut it. Teams are just going to stack everyone close to the line of scrimmage and dare the Cards to take a shot down the field. If they keep this up I don't see them winning 1 game. As is right now even with some luck they will be lucky to win maybe 3. Poorest excuse for an offense I've seen in a long time. And I've been a Cards fan since they were in Chicago. They have had some stinkers of a team especially with the old man, but this one might be the worst. I feel bad for Mike B. At least he tries. I just think this organization is snake bit. I don't think much of Wilks as a head coach and even less of his O coordinator. Both bad hires.

1. #1 over all pick in the nfl draft has to be a win of some kind right? I sense sarcasm :-). A win? That's like having the first pick at a white elephant gift exchange and claiming the first pick is the best one in the whole pile. Who knows what's under the wrapping. Sam Bradford was the 1st pick at his draft. Apply the draft 'win' logic to all the teams that employed him the past seasons. How did that #1 pick work out for everyone? Any SB winners there? I don't think the fact that Sam was #1 long ago intimidated the Rams today. Some older Midwest Rams fans may feel sorry for him.

Not this older Midwesterner, And I was Never a fan of the Rams in St.Louis. I went to the games when the Cards played there to Root for the Cards and Boo the Rams.
And the d*** rams even took that away!

If they were to get the 1st pick, they should trade it and try and get 3 picks in the first 2 rounds. preferably 2 #1's and a #2. Need a lot of talent infusion on this team to catch up with every one else. One guy isn't going to do it, but 3 sure goes a long way in getting a head start. That would be 5 picks in the first 2 rounds.

I guess I was the idiot who expected them to be good. I mean they went 8-8 last year with 2nd and 3rd sting qbs and their best player hurt in weeek 1. I am disgusted by the defense, it looks like the defense of the early 90s and early 2000's where we just can't stop anyone and it's sad because we were so dominant last year. We have too many defenders out of position D-buc, reddick, chandler jones, and even golden when he comes back. And those are just the good players. One word to describe the Arizona cardinals: tan, boring and ugly. I'm disappointed

looking at the schedule, and based on the performance of the first 2 games, there is not one game on the schedule that looks winnable. The second half of the season is an especially brutal schedule.
I see a Max of 3 wins and there is a significant chance this team runs the table in reverse.
Mark your calendar for Dec 9th: Detroit comes to town to determine the #1 pick in next years draft.
