Not necessarily. Rich Kotite got hired TWICE. There's no point in longing for Arians, he had played his hand, was digging in on lousy coaches and Palmer was leaving. So Keim was on the clock to make the right hire, and so far it looks like he crapped the bed. Not seeing any reason for optimism. I'll happily take the "lousy coaches" from last year that got us 8 wins with an arguable worse supporting cast than we're throwing out there right now. Hilarious everyone wanted Arians gone for stubbornness with the Special Teams coach like we didn't just let the Rams have the special teams player of the week with a guy off the street. Can't even get in the position to miss field goal kicks because we can't even cross the 50. Keim will be the next fall guy you guys will celebrate getting out then we get someone worse and we'll be right back here You mean the same guys that lost to the Rams 33 - 0 last year and kept his drinking buddy on the staff even though it cost us wins? Yeah, it was time for him to go. I find it funny that you post this then tell us how Amos just cost the Browns 2 games this season.

Look, if Keim hits the coaching home run and this thing is an impressive 2-0 no one's pining for Arians. His time had come and gone. Yeah sure he might have been able to grind out another 8-8 with Stanton or someone else, but his stated goal of winning a Super Bowl wasn't going to happen without a lot of things, including but not limited to Arians willingness to can crappy coaches.
So far it looks like Keim blew it big time on the hire, so let's keep pining for the retired Arians and 8-8.

We crossed the 50 more times in the 1st drive in that games than we did for 98.5% of this game, you really wanna try that? We lost games last year because we threw out a 3rd string QB and a Kerywnn Williams, breakdown why this healthy roster can't get past midfield til garbage time. Don't worry, I got time

You guys wanted him fired after Detroit, let's not do that. There was a thread after every L talking about firing him because the game past him by, hating no risk it no biscuit, getting the ball first, etc. Whose goal isn't a Superbowl? I don't even get your point, we were a hell of a lot closer with Bettcher than a guy who literally specializes in defense letting mediocre teams like the redskins hang 24 on you only to follow up with 9 the following week. This is what annoys me more than anything, why blame Keim for a hire that was something the majority of you co-signed when it happened now when it looks lousy want to pretend like you didn't approve? This isn't even me coming at you specifically this is something that happens a lot on here. Like own it, a bunch of you wanted this don't complain about it now

We had 5 first downs in a game, people get that on drives. I'm not trying to hear about last years coaches

Just because I felt it was time for Arians to go, which it was, doesn't mean I accept what we are left with today. Third, you don't want to hear about last years coaches but you indirectly brought them up. Brilliant.

Second, you're making the assumption I really care if you like the coaching staff, you quoted me here not the other way around. Third, I brought up Arians in comparison to this years staff, you and someone else mentioned "lousy coaches" and "Arians and his drinking buddy" in which I then gave my opinion so no that's on y'all.

I didn't approve or disapprove anything, I wasn't in on the decision making process. As for "everyone wants to win a Super Bowl" yeah of course but The Whisperer made a big to do about it without committing to actually winning the goddamn thing.
Keim made the hire, so if it turns out bad he takes the blame. I've been responsible for a lot of things in my career and when I effed up I had to answer for it. Jesus H Christ on a popsicle stick, the buck has to stop somewhere. Frankly at this point I've already written Keim off, since he should have gotten his ass kicked to the curb after the DUI.
