Two things, we need to get Simmons in the lineup now for more then few snaps. Isabella needs his shot at no 3 wr. He is really coming along now.

Hassan Reddick is good at the pass rush but was beaten repeatedly in the passing game.
Isaiah Simmons could not have done any worse Sunday. He needs playing time. Vance Joseph gambled and was beaten when he tried to blitz a veteran QB like Matt Stafford. Detroit was deep in their own territory and beat us as Joseph got greedy. Again late in the game we blitzed which again Stafford recognized and got the 1st down or 3rd down. That eventually ended the game.

Stafford is still excellent qb, and you don’t stick your head in the Lions mouth. Particularly when game is on the line late.

If we play like the Lions game that sounds about right.

If we play like the Lions game that sounds about right. until they show me. Good teams don’t have bad losses like that and I expect us to have about 4 more in the same fashion.

My gut feeling is that Coach K get the team fired up. They will start fast and for the first time this year they will put up 38 points. My prediction is Cardinals 38 Carolina 17. I didn't read through the entire Detroit game thread but of what I did read I did not see any mention of the fact that unless I'm mistaken the Cardinal defense does not have a single interception this year. That is something that has got to change. And even my girlfriend who is was just now learning the difference between a punter and a quarterback knows that as far as the Cardinals go just throw it to Larry

I definitely want to see how Kyler Murray grows following a 3 INT game. Does he still make bad reads, throwing off his back foot across his body into double coverages? Only Superman can pull that off and Kyler is not Superman. I expect the coaches to drill Kyler endlessly thru Saturday, until Kyler kneels down and pukes from stress and exhaustion. Kyler's errors were mental on Sunday. The two grounding calls are proof. That penalty might happen twice in a season. Never twice in the same game -- unless the QB has not 100% engaged his brain, which I suspect was the case on those two plays.
Lastly, Kingsbury should be glad that he's got Kyler Murray and not Josh Rosen. Otherwise, 0-3 is a certainty.

I just don't see that D giving up 38 to Arizona. Maybe they give up 27 or 28, at most. On the other hand, the Carolina O will not crash the Cardinals D and score a bunch of TDs. The team does not have the scoring tools. Vance better not loan them his tools either.
