Hasson Reddick Head case Ruben Foster is better 1st round
Deone Bucannon - One hit Wonder 1st round
Patrick Peterson - Business decision "don't get hurt" Can't or won't tackle 1st round

Those who need replaced will be by 19...and as far as i can tell a few of those listed will be gone

I agree on JJ Nelson and Bradon Williams and others I'm still on a wait and see approach when it comes to Reddick and Nkemdiche. Buchanan looked awful and pass coverage was supposed to be his strength as a linebacker.
I'm amazed we started Brandon Williams as a #2 CB against the Patriots a few years ago.
I'm giving this team til week 8 and the bye week to adjust to the new system.

Looks like we will still be in rebuild mode for at least two more seasons. When does Peterson’s contract end? What do we do with him?

Ive been saying this since his 2nd year.Bucannon put on WAY too much weight.He lost all his speed he had in year one.They made him gain weight to "fill up to his position" but his quickness made him a good player.

Peterson played fine. He's being asked to do things differently and I don't recall any big plays on his side of the field.
Everyone else can be cut today! Keim has not proven to be good at drafting players. David Johnson was not his top pick at RB but became a star. Took a swing and hit ONE homerun. From Jonathan Cooper in his first draft to this draft, he's been terrible. Chandler Jones trade was great because he gave up picks to get a good player--maybe this is what needs to be done more often here.
I'm not sure he'll ever be good at drafting talent, but he needs to do something to get talent on this team.

I don't get this. He's a linebacker and he's small. He's too big to be a safety but too small for LB. Can he kick? |

Some players who played well for the team under Arians arent performing the same this year. Talent just doesnt go away, it has to be coaching/scheme. Arians coaching staff I believe did a good job putting guys in a the right spots for the most part to be successful. But the bottom line is, this team is rebuilding and testing things out IMO. We were very spoiled when Arians came in and turned things around first year. This team is wont be a playoff team for another couple of years when they shed old contracts and start building up around their franchise QB. So excited to say that!!!!
