Miller's physical bio: 6'2", 215lbs, and a very fast 40yd. So, what held Braxton Miller back from enjoying any success at the Texans? I offer that it was the crappy Texans QB situation. Yes, the shoulder was damaged bad enough to cause IR. That may still be a problem injury. The Cardinals QB situation is far better today that the Texans situation at any time Miller wore blue and white. Millers brief pro history follows:
The Houston Texans selected Miller in the third round (85th overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft.[67]
On May 26, 2016, the Texans signed Miller to a four-year, $3.11 million contract with a signing bonus of $709,103.[68]
He entered training camp competing with Jaelen Strong, Cecil Shorts, Keith Mumphery, Will Fuller, Wendell Williams, and Quenton Bundrage to be one of the Texans' starting wide receivers.[69] Miller was named the Texans's third wide receiver on their depth chart behind DeAndre Hopkins and fellow rookie Fuller.[70]
Miller made his professional regular season debut as a starting wide receiver in the Texans' season opener and caught his first career reception on a six-yard pass from Brock Osweiler. It was his only catch of the game, as the Texans defeated the Chicago Bears 23–14.[71][72]
The following week, he had his first career carry for negative two yards against the Kansas City Chiefs.[73]
On November 21, 2016, Miller caught his first career touchdown on a 12-yard pass from Osweiler in a 20–27 loss to the Oakland Raiders. He finished the game with a season-high five receptions for 25 receiving yards and a touchdown.[74][75]
In Week 13, against the Green Bay Packers, he left midway through the game after he suffered a shoulder injury while attempting to catch a pass from Osweiler.[76]
On December 13, 2016, the Texans placed him on injured reserve.[77] He finished his rookie season with 15 receptions for 99 receiving yards and a touchdown in ten games and six starts.[75][78]
In the 2017 season, Miller appeared in 11 games and recorded 19 receptions for 162 receiving yards and a receiving touchdown. His most productive game statistically came against the Tennessee Titans in Week 13, where he had four receptions for 71 receiving yards in the 24–13 loss.[79][80]
On September 1, 2018, Miller was waived by the Texans.[81]

I don't see where or how he's going to bring "much experience" to the WR room of the Cards. Measurables are good but so was Butler and Little's. They did not stick. What makes Miller a better addition?

I don't care how crappy your QB is. 7.7 yards per reception for a WR is awful. 21 games 34 receptions for 261 yards screams of a total lack of production when actually on the field. The Texans waived him and the Texans have a better QB situation than we do right now.

Keim back on the bottle already it seems.
"WR". Please.
19 catches for 162 yards is pathetic.
I would bring Logan Thomas back as a TE before Braxton as a "WR"

Not him. ? Deshaun Watson was lighting it up and Miller still couldnt do anything? I'm suspect of his ability.

So, what's all this about Keim's idea of bringing in Miller? For what purpose? What are we missing here? o,

I think Tolliver would've been the 6th WR If HC Wilks had not decided to keep 10 O-line and 10 D-line to start the season with. I expect this to change as the season progresses and the Trenches settle in. Did Miller get signed? Not that I've heard of yet.

Most likely, his route running sucks and he fails to get separation. I have no idea if that is a coachable issue, but possibly.

Since he can probably be signed for the minimum, that is probably where the Card's interest lies.

Also brought in Corey Coleman. I like him more than Miller at least.

Also brought in Corey Coleman. I like him more than Miller at least. It's interesting that a first rounder could fall so far so fast. Two broken hands with the Browns sounds like bad luck, but then the Bills didn't take long to pass. A curious situation - enough, it seems for the Cardinals to want to get a look for themselves. I would be surprised if one of these two guys stuck, but wonder if it might mean goodbye to JJ.
