I'm here from the old forum. Mostly lurking but occasionally post something that most of the time just gets ignored... I guess it's the same as my Facebook account. Oh well. Hi everybody, I'm Spoon. Lived in PHX all my life. Been a Cards fan since '88 when I was 5 years old. Family has had season tix pretty much since then and will for the foreseeable future (section 420, What's Up!). Looking forward to next (every year pretty much). That’s just means you didnt say something someone thought was dumb or controversial haha. Awesome that you are such a diehard. My family has had season tix since 89 and I went to every game in 88. Even rode my bike from my parents house as I wasnt old enough to drive and went to some games alone. Hey Belac!! glad you came over...i always enjoy your football savy

I was on the original board back in like 2002 or whatever. I am glad this was done as it would have caused a void. As annoying as some can be I need the positivity of this board and its a great place for info and learning things. There is some great input and counter points brought up. Always good for respectful explanation of thoughts.

I have been a fan for quite some time.
Long enough to not get too high, long enough to not get too low on the team I love to follow.
Winning is sweet, I remember every big win...but losing hurts, that Superbowl loss still stings.

That Superbowl game is one that got away, we freakin' we had it. Still can't watch it again.

Hello everyone! Was on the other board with 200 or so posts. Always read the info on there but rarely posted. Name was 22 year cards fan. Been a cards fan since I was 7, my uncle played for the St. Louis club, Benny Perrin. Last year he took his own life because he had cte, very sad. Went blind in one eye and had constant migraines. Body was a shell of himself, was a scratch golfer and couldn’t play anymore. Was 57. Anyway look forward to posting on here again and also for rooting on our team this year! Roger from Indio,ca.

I'm from the old forum " Phil Beavers "
36 years old now.. Born and raised in Phoenix. Dad used to take me to Cardinal games at the old stadium all the time. I've been a true fan even when no one really was. Season ticket holder too, basically a die hard fanatic.

I am a displaced Cardinals fan who fell in love with the Cardinals as a preteen when they made it to the Super Bowl.
I knew nothing about football, but I heard of this team called the Arizona Cardinals that were going to play against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and I decided to pull for the Cardinals in that one game because some distant relatives who are nomadic in the American sense lived there at the time.
I fell in love during the game, and did not hear of them again until the Packers wild card game, and I was furious when the Cardinals lost to the Saints, and I immediately suspected foul play by the Saints.
I end up getting a copy of Madden 07 for the Wii and learn about the NFL, and my fandom strengthened as I finally understood football.
After 2010 I keep trying to divorce the Cardinals and then pick them as my favorite team again, until I realized that being a fan of a team is not about the wins and losses, but somewhere in the team you find your inner true self- to borrow from the popular Lions meme.
I do have a couple of secondary favorite NFL teams, like the Packers because 2 adults that I admired in middle school loved them, the Houston Texans for DeShaun Watson (I almost divorced the Cardinals permanently for not trading up to get him); and I would be a Redskins fan because I eventually want to move to DC (not the political sector) but their organization is mismanaged.
I live in the Southeast in a rural area near a booming medium metro area that everyone raves about- so I am distant from the Cardinals but that is okay with me since I dislike hot weather and am terrified of snakes.
