It appears Sherfield will go down as another Stevie Williams who flashed early but then didn't really pan out. The guy who has moved up and when the lights came on for the games has shown brightly is Jalen Tolliver. He is listed at 6'3" and 210 lbs and ran a 4.58 40 and an excellent (for his size) 37.5" Vertical at Pro Day Jalen Tolliver Pro Day
Seems like the 6 WR's will be Fitz-Kirk-C. Williams - Brice Butler - JJ Nelson - Jalen Tolliver with an outside chance Greg Little could make it. Jalen Tolliver looks to be a Jaron Brown clone and I would say that maybe the last WR spot will be between Greg Little and Brice Butler. This 3rd pre-season game IMO is huge for Butler and Little.

You will notice that Munyer is Only listed at center as #2 and no Other O-line position. While Boehm is listed in 2 positions, 2nd LG and 3rd center. Munyer is in trouble of making the 53. Boehm shows some versatility.
It also looks like Holdan and Wetzel have swapped Tackle positions. If both show good on either side then they both have more of a chance. Wetzel had that last year as well.
Glennon is ahead of Kanoff because he's still not played enough to be exposed. IF Glennon can play with the sore forearm against Dallas 2nd and 3rd stringers and plays like he did in the 1st PS game, keeping him at the 3# spot is all about money spent.
Will the Cards keep more than 8 DBs? 4 CB and 4 Safeties?

The Cardinals would be insane to keep Nelson and Little over Butler. That isn't happening. |

Have I missed the date? When do the cuts start? After the 3rd preseason game? After the 4th PS game. No more cut down to 75 after 3rd PS game and then cut down to 53. All cuts done after the 4th. |

The 30-35 bubble guys get looks all the way to the end of PS game 4. After the practice squad is filled out, then all hell breaks loose with the best of the last FA hurrahs. Well, that's the grand idea anyway. |
