Nice article in AZ central that confirms my thread. Mike is playing pissed this year after all he heard on social media about being fat and lazy. Was probably reading my threads about him. Whatever it takes Mike looks like a monster this year and will have an all-pro season. So you are taking credit for Mike beasting this year ...using that as a basis>>>>>>Brandon should be jumping over the moon!! and then there was Robert nehi You cant make chicken salad out of chicken you know what . I cant help BW no matter what I've said about him. And Kim? who knows when the "light bulb" will go on. Probably never.

I always thought the book on Iupati coming to us from San Fran was that he was a better run blocker than pass protector. I'm hoping his struggles under BA were do to that rather than his ability. Having to keep pass rushers at bay while his slow developing "chunk" routes developed was hard on the OL. Maybe this is just a case of a player fitting the scheme and settling into a more familiar style of play. Let's face it, when he came to us he was highly regarded and his lack of production had to be attributed somewhat to his being misused.

We have the making of a solid line aside from Andre Smith. If we can put an extra blocker over there to help him out, our QB should be protected. agreed, smith is garbage. I'd take Watford back over Smith. haha

It also does help that he is playing in a more run-oriented offense again with quick passes instead of long-developing plays which embraced his weakness in pass-blocking. This is exactly what I was thinking when I read the thread title. This offense plays much more to his strength. I also think the pay cut gave him a kick in the rear.
