Been trawling a few sites trying to get up to speed on guys to look out for in next years draft. It looks like the Sun Devils could have the first one off the board in 2019. That would be fantastic.
I was expecting to see though, the Wisconsin Badgers' WR Quintez Cephus, riding high in most lists. But he cant be seen in the USA Today top 10, or the College Football news' top 30?!! And he isn't in the top 100 players of the CBS rankings.
What am I missing here? Is his injury stopping him playing this year? I can't find anything saying he wont be fit for 2018.
Hoping some of the college guys might know something that could help?

I watched Luka Doncic (Dallas Mavericks) v. San Antonio (Spurs) the night of 16 January. Wow, can that man play ball! He's one of those DNA miracles that has every physical tool needed to succeed at the NBA level.
Is there an NFL WR version of Mr. Doncic out there in college land that no one knows about? Not likely. But who knows unless someone looks. Two years ago, probably only two or three NBA GMs knew about young Doncic's European record. Now, he's setting Dallas on fire.
Keim needs to look overseas for a tall and fast WR talent. I know that Keim has friends in high places on the European continent. He should take a trip to Africa and mainland Asia too.
