What's up with DJ? He's not 32 yet is he? Nope not 32. But every time he breaks a 10+ yd run the O-line commits a Holding call. And it was the KM/KK passing show trying to play catch up most of the game. So DJ's touches were down. 7 recorded carries for 14 yds (minus 2 better runs called back for Holding) and only 1 reception of 0 yds. 8 touches this weekend vs 23 for last weekend. Plus he got dinged in the early 2nd qtr with a helmet to his wrists. Later returned to the game but the Team was down by 2 TDs by then. DJ did score the 1st (and only)TD in the game for the Cards. Yeah run game got tromped on in Baltimore for the most part.

Or are you just repeating what I said? Dunno?

The Cards are going to have to be dealt with once they learn how to win. They could have won that game but... They showed up and made Ravens, crowd nervous.

the very team that you mentioned is tanking I totally with you by their moves they don’t want to win but I would definitely take Drake over him not sure what drake is making but that was off the top of my head. If they need to keep him in space I prefer Edmonds over him. His blocking is a liability and really he isn’t doing much and he looks very slow. I’m confused here, you think the Dolphins would trade for David Johnson? They could or if they want a pick involve another team to move DJ. Miami is openly tanking they are trading all their assets for future picks.

You even said yourself they are trading away players for picks, so why would they trade a pick for an overpriced RB? And including another team makes even less sense.

I feel DJ is getting back after missing time in two ways; both physically away and last season. He looks slower, bigger like he's trying to break squat records. Ask McKinnon about squats and knees. He'll find his balance and hopefully isn't maxing out. He'll be fine and I still believe in him.

Rhetorical questions: How many times per game did David get run up the middle with Wilks as HC? How many rush yds did David end up with at season end? How many Rec. yds did David get last year? What was the Cards O rank at season end last year.
This season: What was David's numbers in game 1 this year compared to 2016 season avgs.? What can David do about the In game decisions to run pass plays more than run plays against the Ravens?
If you know these rhetorical answers then you are probably not on the dump David crowd's favorite friends list.

We could involve a third team where they give up a pick thinking we might have a better oline and want DJ but the tape on DJ don’t lie.

I watched videos on David in his amazing year and tape sense and it does not look like that guy in his amazing year. Things have changed but I will leave it to others to draw their own conclusions.

Well, you got me there, he probably would not stall the tank process, I just do not see any way how that would happen. Plus DJ would apparently cost us $15 mil in dead money if traded this year. He isn’t going anywhere...

Here's the conclusion. The gold coins are stuffed so deep in his pants it's weighing him down. Last year I wrote quite a bit about him tanking it and all I got was "it's the coach's fault". Clearly not the case. Would be real nice for the STAR running back to make the offense look good vs. the offense failing David Johnson.
