I watched the video. He certainly looked like he was not combative and just trying to explain his situation.
While we haven't seen the actual incident. I have to say if I needed to go to the bathroom and there was one right there....then someone says no, you can't use it, I would become a little irritated too.
According to reports, all that happened...."The employee said “one hand shoved him in the shoulder area.” . OMG....someone shoved me in my shoulder area. This guy needs to be thrown in jail and the keys thrown away.....sarcasm….
Maybe he could have handled it better, but I'm not sure that I would have done any better myself.
Give him a slap on the wrist and let it be.

I'm not the kind of guy to say this but if he was white nothing would have happened. The video inside better show something more than a man that needed to pee.
